Honestly had the best 2 weeks staying here. The staff here were exceptional ( special mention to Rinoa at reception), so helpful, friendly and a lovely welcome after a long journey. Breakfast was great with so many choices and the service was brilliant. So happy to see their faces every morning. Our room was amazing, spacious, clean comfortable and we came back to the room with thoughtful gifts waiting for us. A wonderful stay in Sydney would definitely recommend and no hesitation in returning. The best holiday I could have wished for!

Thanks to my sister Denise Kwok, a member of the IHG Hotels group, booked us all to stay at the Intercontinental Hotel Sydney. We all had a very pleasant 4 nights stay. The hotel was conveniently located right at Circular Quay which was so vibrant days and nights. We just loved the atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Although the indoor heated swimming pool was relatively smaller than other 5 star hotels’ pool, the view from the pool area taking in the Opera House and Harbour Bridge was just stunning. Front desk staff and breakfast staff’s services were a bit of a mix with most were very friendly and helpful but a couple were lack of smile and patience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

A perfect hotel for my Staycation. Just a couple of hundred meters off the Circular Quay ferry, and right opposite the beautiful Botanic Garden. View from the room is spectacular. The Team at the Club Lounge was amazing, Jin, Katie. Austin, Alice are so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Sydney. We stayed there for our ten-year wedding anniversary and were given a room upgrade to a luxury opera house view suite, which was an absolute treat. The room was gorgeous and spacious. The service was exceptional (especially from Lauren at the front desk). The ambience is elegant and pristine and the location is fabulous. A favourite highlight was having drinks and nibbles at Aster bar overlooking the most breathtaking view of the harbour, and being served delicious cocktails by the lovely Mercedez.

Our family recently stayed at the InterContinental Sydney, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location in the CBD is unbeatable, and the views are simply spectacular, waking up to sweeping vistas of Sydney Harbour made our stay feel genuinely special and memorable. The hotel itself was immaculate. Every space, from our room to the common areas, was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which gave us great peace of mind when travelling as a family. The attention to detail in presentation and housekeeping was evident throughout our stay. What really set this experience apart, however, was the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. In particular, I would like to commend Leo, Front Office Assistant Manager, and Ria on reception, who both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help with even the smallest requests made a huge difference and exemplified exceptional customer service. Thanks to Leo, Ria, the valet team and all the staff for making it a remarkable stay.
