Had a fantastic stay at the InterContinental. The view was scenic on the 23rd floor and the room was beautiful with a sophisticated decoration plus a warm ambience. The staff members were courteous, professional, and kind. Special thanks to Prat, Daniel, and the lady staff members of the Club Lounge for their excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

We stayed here last weekend and never again. The rooms are so outdated for the price you pay, our room had a musky/mouldy smell. The pillows were like sleeping on bricks and we wouldn't even sit on the lounge due to the stains all over it. The hallways are so dark and dirty and have marks all over the walls. The bar staff are just rude and the wait was ridiculous and I was refused a coffee even though other people were having them. Wouldn't reccomend the place to anyone and would definitely not be back!!!

Rooms felt unclean, marks on walls, very dusty could be really nice with some paint and new carpet! Needs some attention for sure. Lovely staff and service in restaurant/bar was extraordinary! Great location.

I stayed for one night and the hotel feels very luxurious, impeccably clean and staff at the desk are helpful and polite. I went to the restaurant for a quick dinner and after a very very long wait my meal was completely cold… I was really unimpressed and told the waitress but he offered a drink but I just wanted to leave. Still had to pay for the meal I didn’t eat. The parking isn’t onsite and you are charged $30 for a place that costs $15.

Service and location are amazing. Rooms are extremely dated for the price carpets are gross the bed felt like it had seen better days and the little 2 seater couch looked like it had been there a while. Bathroom was nice shower was amazing.
