The location of the hotel is fantastic and convenient. It’s a few minutes walk to the mall and a 24 hr Hungry Jacks fast food. It’s also a convenient location to the airport. Your concierge staff was fantastic and proactive - they saw my family member waiting in the lobby and helped to bring to my car. Another staff also recommended places to go! They were also proactive in asking when I needed my car the next day ! Thank you ! I wish they were around all hours ! The day time front desk was helpful as usual and friendly. However the night staff at the front desk (after 11pm to 6.am) could be more proactive, helpful and genuine.

The experience I had in the hotel was excellent. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely concierge who was prompt in helping me find the car park. Then at reception the gentleman who checked me in recognised the fact I had stayed before and welcomed me back. Service was exceptional by all staff members. My room was nice and clean and although I initially was concerned as was next to the lift I have to say there was no noise which I was pleased about. All in all a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

The rooms were pleasant, comfortable and inviting. The staff were excellent and happy to engage when asked. The only mishap were guests from a golfing tournament. Staff did their best to manage the expectations of these guests while treating everyone with respect and dignity. Bravo!

Fantastic check in process with a lovely member of staff. Room was spacial and had a lovely view of the park. Also really love the Foxtel package it was great to have so many choices of channels and movies, other hotels don't offer this. House keeping staff were so friendly and always checked to see if anything was needed. Unfortunately didn't get to try the new restaurant due to limited choices on the menu. (some chicken dishes added would be most welcome for those who are non red meat eaters) Location was great, tucked away but close the the bustle. One of the best Pullmans I have stayed at. Highly recommend.

Our recent stay at the Pullman in Adelaide was amazing. Wonderful friendly staff that make you feel very welcome. Room are well appointed and the beds are awesome. Hotel facilities are outstanding. And a special thanks you to Shaun at Parc Bar for really looking after our group. I take my hat off to you Sir. We will be definitely returning to the Pullman Adelaide.
