My wife and I just stayed at the Pullman for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was in first-class condition, the staff were incredibly attentive, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone!

Hotel itself was tidy and staff friendly. Parking was more difficult due to no valet available and UPark only allowed for 24 hour cards that couldn't be extended to cover the stay period. This meant multiple visits to the front desk to obtain new cards. Small issue with in-room fridge where the fridge was inside a cabinet with little to no ventilation. Fridge was noticeably cooler when the cabinet door was left ajar (Design issue).

So fun. We were there for work and for Tour Down Under Bike race. Your staff were fun and interested in what we were doing. Rooms were clean and roomy, bar was nice and breakfast is epic! Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort!

Booked a Red Hot Room (Acccor Plus member) due to very delayed plane from Melbourne. Check in a breeze and room was brilliant. Pillows are simply divine. Always great room amenities at Pullman.
