I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. This place is convenient with shopping and food within a stone's throw away. I want to specially give a shout out to the concierge, Rick. He greeted me the moment I alighted from my transport and he was there to say goodbye ! He is forever (at least when I meet up in person) cheerful, helpful and even took time to have a small chat! He is an absolute gem to your organisation.

Definitely one of the best hotels for the price. Best locations (specially for my line of work), Full service and professional staff has been a constant in all locations. Breakfast buffet is nice and the decoration has a touch of art always. Rooms are mostly pleasant but showers may come in various levels, hence the 4 star. Overall my favourite franchise!

I am delighted to share my wonderful experience at the Pullman Hotel Adelaide. The bell boy's exceptional efficiency and proactive approach truly impressed me. His dedication to his duties was evident throughout my stay. Moreover, the check-in staff were incredibly helpful, patiently addressing all my queries and providing me with valuable information. Their positive responses to my requests made me feel valued as a guest. I must say, the service at Pullman Hotel Adelaide exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for making my stay truly memorable!

Concierge Christoff welcomed us like we were home. Great front desk staff! Great rooms. Gym was on point. Coffee available downstairs at 6:30 AM This was our back up hotel that has become or go to because of its great staff and perfect location. Cannot wait to return!! Thank you, Pullman Adelaide!

Upon entering my room for the first time, I was shocked to see I'd been allocated an "accessible" room, without any prior knowledge or request on my part. When I called Concierge, the Woman who answered the phone was snarky and very, very short with me when I politely requested to be moved to a non-accessible room. Her response being, "We're fully booked, I'll see what I can do." There was no further contact from her. A few minutes later, there was a knock at the door and a lovely Man advised that I had been moved to the room next door and presented me with the access cards. The hallway at that point (mid-afternoon) was littered with empty glass bottles and plates of discarded food from guests. I assumed it would be picked up within an hour or so, being a five star hotel and given a staff member (the Man who brought my access cards up) had no doubt seen it. I was wrong. The items remained until house-keeping arrived the next morning. One of the two towels had a brown stain on it, so that instantly became a bath mat (folded over so I didn't stand on the stain) - gross! I was only staying two nights and in the interests of minimising my environmental impact, I opted not to have my room made up, hanging the do not disturb sign on the door handle. I did, however, leave my full waste bin and an empty tissue box outside the door when leaving on the second morning, in the hope that housekeeping would empty / remove them. Again, I was wrong. I returned that evening to find my full bin at the door, yet the empty tissue box had been removed. I left while housekeeping were on my floor and they would have had to walk past my room to access the elevator. Another guest had grown frustrated by this, as they had moved discarded food on a plate from outside their door, to mine. The bathroom needs some maintenance - room 608 - the basin was cracked in multiple places and there was the undeniable stench of sewerage wafting up from the drain. I cannot be the first person to report on the stench, it was horrible. There's nothing worse than getting out of the shower in the morning, fresh as a daisy and having to stand over a basin with the stench of sewerage wafting into your nostrils. I stay in five star hotels often and to be honest, in comparison to Crown Towers Melbourne, the experience at Pullman Adelaide could definitely have been better.
