The hotel was better than the pictures. The room was comfortable and modern. Love the chair and desk which are conducive for work. Breakfast was fabulous. I can't find any faults.

The location is great. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The only thing I missed was a human touch. No one smiles at Parc the restaurant. Its looks like everything is a job and no emotions. It's all business. A smile would be nice. And the room shower gel was not a shower gel but a hand wash which we realised on the second last day of the trip. Hotel is good but need to learn how to be not robotic.

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel. We had breakfast on both days. Lounge was a quiet place for us to meet a friend. Reception staff were very courteous. Special thanks to helpful Christophe who was gave us a cheerful greeting each time we saw him. We enjoyed our stay and have booked for another 5 nights when we return in August.

Great friendly staff that are always helpful. The cleaners always say hello. Rooms are large and clean with comfy beds and plenty of options on TV if you like that. The only downside is if you are in an even numbered room on the lower floors you get a great view of the car park. Lighting is a bit interesting. Definitely worth going back.

I stayed here with my daughter (13) and niece (12) for my daughter’s birthday. The staff were very kind and warm. When checking in they asked if our stay was for any occasion where I told them it was my daughter’s birthday. 5 minutes after getting to our room there was a knock on the door, they sent a piece of cake and a card that said happy Birthday to my daughter which was so nice of them. The kids loved the pool and spa. The beds were comfortable. Out tv remote was flat which they sorted out very quickly, and one staff member who did so was a good sport and laughed and joked at the kids who answered the door with face masks on. The location is perfect, it’s a 2 minute walk to Rundle Mall, so perfect for shopping and food. Would come back here again for sure.
