Stayed here for a week of work. Well located to both locations I needed to attend, as well as great option close by for food and drinks. Hotel room is lovely and spacious. Have a pillow menu, but was told they were out of my option for the first couple of nights - so call in early! Also, I did not try the breakfast - I am morally opposed to paying that much for breakfast. Luckily, lots of really great cafes close by.

The staff were all very lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with nice new facilities. My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. Probably the only downside would be the parking situation in front of the hotel - it was very confusing if and where we could or could not park to go check in and arrange overnight parking/valet etc. Thankfully there was a very nice valet attendant to help us out.

Have a great stay over 3 nights. Hotel was central to everything I needed. Very clean and service was great. Biggest shout out to Rick who greeted looked after me. Always making sure my car was ready. Exceptional service over and beyond

Recently stayed here with my partner for a night to watch our footy team play. The hotel was close to everything. We found it clean, beds and pillow very comfy. The buffet brekky was probably the best we have had so far and we travel a bit. Staff were very accommodating and so friendly and helpful. Our first stay at a pullman hotel and we were not disappointed.

Definitely one of the best hotels for the price. Best locations (specially for my line of work), Full service and professional staff has been a constant in all locations. Breakfast buffet is nice and the decoration has a touch of art always. Rooms are mostly pleasant but showers may come in various levels, hence the 4 star. Overall my favourite franchise!
