We chose the pullman primarily for the spa feature. When we arrived both the sauna and steam room were out of order. You would think that guests would be notified of this when booking. Who knows how long it's been that way? The air duct in our bathroom was filthy, I informed reception and they asked to email them the picture I took, and I emailed it. The balcony feels very unsafe, the slightest slip and you die. You would expect a couple of chairs out there, don't really understand the purpose of the balconies if they can't be enjoyed. Overall the hotel felt like a 4 star, no luxury in any sense, the bed was average and so was the shower head. The food at the restaurant was good but way over priced. The staff never made an effort to make you feel welcomed and valued. They weren't rude but no smiles. The young barman was friendly and helpful, would be nice if the rest of the staff showed a bit more enthusiasm.

Fantastic check in process with a lovely member of staff. Room was spacial and had a lovely view of the park. Also really love the Foxtel package it was great to have so many choices of channels and movies, other hotels don't offer this. House keeping staff were so friendly and always checked to see if anything was needed. Unfortunately didn't get to try the new restaurant due to limited choices on the menu. (some chicken dishes added would be most welcome for those who are non red meat eaters) Location was great, tucked away but close the the bustle. One of the best Pullmans I have stayed at. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, new & clean in a vibrant area. The staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room were great, we had a King and the bed was comfortable and spacious. The only negative was the traffic noise and council workers starting at 6am which disrupted out sleep. Breakfast was excellent and they have a nice bar area.

Stayed here for a week of work. Well located to both locations I needed to attend, as well as great option close by for food and drinks. Hotel room is lovely and spacious. Have a pillow menu, but was told they were out of my option for the first couple of nights - so call in early! Also, I did not try the breakfast - I am morally opposed to paying that much for breakfast. Luckily, lots of really great cafes close by.

The staff were all very lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with nice new facilities. My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. Probably the only downside would be the parking situation in front of the hotel - it was very confusing if and where we could or could not park to go check in and arrange overnight parking/valet etc. Thankfully there was a very nice valet attendant to help us out.
