I stayed for a short week after a long weekend for business. The staff are very helpful and friendly; nothing is too much trouble. The room was great, and there was a desk to work at. The room service menu provided some tasty meals. My only small complaint was that the air conditioner was a little noisy. In saying that, I slept the best I had in a long time, sleeping the entire night uninterrupted on the comfortable bed with multiple pillow choices.

I come here all the time to pick up my customers and the staff are so attentive and polite. The feedback I get from my customers is always positive, and they all talk about the delicious breakfast. Quick overnight trip with a friendly for a concert. Stayed in a twin room, unfortunately I booked a room with a balcony and ended up without one. I believe this was an error on the booking website and not Pullmans. Beds were super comfortable as were the pillow. Staff were all more than accommodating. Experienced a minor issue with the shower, the water temperature fluctuated from boiling hot to freezing cold without turning the tap.

I don’t normally put a review, But it was traumatizing how my experience at 5 star hotel and it was my first time in Adelaide. Me and my boyfriend stayed middle of December for 2 nights. However on the second night, we found pink adult toy inside the robe which was very traumatizing. We got offered free breakfast 1 day and 1 free drink however the fact that it has adult toy on the robe made me realized they don’t check our wash their stuffs properly. i don’t know how i feel about this..

I found my twin room to be quite disappointing. If you're considering this hotel, I recommend avoiding even-numbered rooms, as they all face the parking lot. Additionally, the customer service was lacking; it was clear that the front desk staff were annoyed when they escorted me to view alternative room options. The upgrade to a room with one king bed for two adults and a child was not worth the extra $100. As a result, my check-in experience was poor. Having completed my stay, I would not recommend this hotel. The service was slow; for instance, the room telephone was not functional or repaired during my time there. On a positive note, my checkout experience was smooth. Hi Emily Pfitzner, Since you have responded, also, respond on staff's attitude could use improvement, and the upgrade charges felt excessive given the overall quality of service. Thank you. m
