I only stayed one night for work purposes. I arrived at 6pm and checked out at 815am the following day. The room was large and the bed comfy. The bathroom was clean and the amenities full. The drains smelled a bit when you turned the taps on not sure if this was from not being used or another issue. We had the breakfast, next time I'll go out instead. The coffee wasn't good and the butter tasted funky. Other than that it was your average hotel buffet breakfast. The hotel let me leave my bag there all day. While I didn't use the pool or gym both looked inviting and clean.

Although I've rated each section 5 stars I give this hotel 4 stars for a couple of reasons. I'll start with the good stuff: the room was really big, comfortable and had a nice bathroom, the staff were really friendly and the hotel has a fitness centre, pool and laundry for self service. Now the bad stuff: the buffet breakfast is $42 and although they have some good options it is a bit limited for what you are paying, their website states soundproof rooms but my first night I was kept awake by a screaming toddler in the next room so false advertising and their fitness centre is limited for strength training.

The overall experience waa great. The staff at the reception, housekeepers, bar and kitchen super friendly, but the waitress doesn’t fit, they were not great at all. No one smile, super serious falling in rudeness. They made your experience at the dinner uncomfortable. The bufet food is great, variety and quality are super good! Hope they do something about waiters service, otherwise is a place to go! well value for money! we will recommend it and we will go back!

I enjoyed my stay here. My room was spacious and comfortable. I wish there was more drawer space though. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of items. I also enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to buses and the tram. I want to compliment the concierge, Peter, who found a laptop charger for me when mine would not work. He was most helpful.

Located right next to Adelaide's shopping district and a short distance from parks, sports, and excellent dining, I thought this was a great place to stay. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly, even eager to help. The French bistro next door was phenomenal, the pub on the corner was fast and good, and breakfast at the hotel was a great start to my day.
