Thank you so much for making our wedding special! Especially young Concierge Dave. The mark of a worthy hotel is how they fix problems. I don't know of a single hotel that doesn't have its certain issues but when staff take the time to listen and to sort out issues, then top marks. My husband and I have stayed at The Pullman at least about 6 times this year, and I have stayed there even since before the pandemic. We had our Wedding next door to the hotel a few weeks ago and many of our guests stayed there as well. There were a lot of hassles with bookings for some reason. Luckily, the shining star on the front desk, Karl, sorted things for us. When we arrived, I did not get the suite I had booked but then was moved to another room that still wasn't the suite. Again, the professionalism of Shashee fixed it all and I finally got my bridal suite just in time. Thank you so much Shashee. The now restaurant manager, Jayden, is also a hospo star. We had a few issues with bookings in the few weeks leading up to our wedding but Jayden went out of his way to sort everything. The night before the wedding, we had dinner at The Parc with our bridal party and Jayden looked after us like royalty. Thank you so much. And not forgetting Toby who is always professional, extremely knowledgeable on wines and so helpful. Can't believe I'm saying this but in recent times the breakfast service had been a bit hit and miss as well, especially since Rohan took his vacation. I was more than delighted to find Jaanika there on the weekend of our wedding. She absolutely looked after us more than 100% Amazing people like her, who go the extra mile, are what keeps people coming back again and again. It was so lovely to meet you Jaanika - we will be back soon to see you again! Lisa is also an awesome breakfast person. The concierge guys are *always* wonderful there - Christophe, David, Dave and Peter. Huge, huge thanks again to Dave who really made our wedding weekend so special, in so many ways with his assistance. And I can't finish without mentioning the lovely Boman in the Club Lounge. You are never allowed to leave. Thanks again crew - we will see you again soon! PS But hey guys - answer your phones!

The hotel is in a perfect location in downtown Adelaide. The rooms are adequate to very good and most have a balcony and a bath. The executive lounge is downstairs next to reception. I have read other reviews about its location being poor. However, the service from Roman is exceptional. He is attentive, has an incredible memory for preferences and is engaging in his own original way. We have been to many executive lounges around the world but Roman makes this one of the best. If you have the opportunity to experience the executive lounge I would highly recommend it.

Overview As part of a recent business trip to Adelaide, I spent two nights at the Pullman Adelaide, ideally located just steps from Rundle Mall and key dining precincts. The hotel sits slightly on the edge of the main city grid, giving guests easy access to the CBD while providing a quiet retreat from its hustle and bustle. For business travellers, it strikes the perfect balance between convenience and calm. Location Being just a short stroll from Rundle Mall, the Pullman’s position is hard to beat. You’re close to shopping, cafes, and nightlife, yet the property feels peaceful and insulated. Parking is available onsite, though like most inner-city hotels it can be pricey. A good tip — Hindmarsh Square offers free street parking after 6 p.m., perfect for short business stays. Room & Comfort Thanks to my ALL Accor membership, I was upgraded to a Junior Suite. The corner layout provided excellent natural light and panoramic views across the city and parklands — a real highlight. The room featured a large workstation, separate lounge, and king bed, with Foxtel access for easy unwinding at the end of the day. The bathroom was well appointed with a deep soaking tub and bath salts, a nice touch after long workdays. Environmentally friendly dispensers at both the shower and basin reflect Accor’s ongoing sustainability efforts. Lounge & Dining A highlight was the Hindmarsh Lounge — a calm, business-friendly space perfect for emails or evening canapés. It was frequented mainly by fellow business travellers, often the same small groups each evening enjoying a drink and debrief after the day. Staff were attentive and consistently professional, remembering guest preferences and offering a personal touch. The Parc Brasserie & Bar, the hotel’s main restaurant, offers an excellent selection of high-end meals ideal for a quality dinner before winding down. It also hosts the morning buffet breakfast, offering good variety and convenience without leaving the property. Room for Improvement During my stay, breakfast service was clearly understaffed, resulting in long waits for made-to-order items. Coffees were served only after meals had finished, which slightly diminished an otherwise pleasant experience. More broadly, Accor could improve communication around loyalty benefits. No Platinum discount was offered on this stay, despite one being applied previously. Consistency and clarity are key — loyalty only works when it feels recognised and reliable. Overall Impression Pullman Adelaide delivers a polished, professional stay ideal for business and leisure travellers alike. With attentive staff, spacious rooms, and an unbeatable location, it remains a dependable choice in the city’s heart. TravelWhizz Tip: Join ALL – Accor Live Limitless to earn points and enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi. As you move up the tiers, benefits can include free nights, upgrades, and breakfast — making loyalty well worth it for frequent travellers. ⸻ Disclaimer: This stay was personally funded and reviewed independently. Great room. Upgrade apparently so…. The Accor gold “welcome” was some chocolates and a couple of bottles of water. Not so great. Can’t do chocolate and water..meh. Wine would’ve been better. The staff didn’t replace towels and such on one occasion although did make the bed. Internet is patchy and poor throughput. Friendly service generally. Gym was ok. Could use an elliptical. Otherwise good.

The location is great. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The only thing I missed was a human touch. No one smiles at Parc the restaurant. Its looks like everything is a job and no emotions. It's all business. A smile would be nice. And the room shower gel was not a shower gel but a hand wash which we realised on the second last day of the trip. Hotel is good but need to learn how to be not robotic.
