The Staff here are extremely friendly! The check-in process was quite simple and easy and the Bar had a great selection of drinks available, that were priced decently, compared to many other places. The Spa room I stayed in was very clean, cosy and had everything one would need. I would definitely recommend staying here, whether it's for business, holiday etc.

A great hotel, it's quiet and calm, the perfect place to go back to after a long day. The rooms are well set out, and the bed and furniture are great. My only gripe would be that the TV (in our room at least) wasn’t a smart TV, so you could only get the free to air channels, which on longer stays like ours can be a pain. The bar and restaurant are fantastic, happy hour between 4.30 and 6 each night has drinks as cheap as $7 a piece, including some spirits, and the food is absolutely top tier, the best food I've had in a long time, I can't remember the last meal I had that was as good. My wife and I tasted each other's meals to get some variety, and everything was perfectly cooked, great flavour choices, and portion sizes. The prices are a little high, but well worth it if you're able to pay them. They often have bonuses like a free drink with your main meal, which you won't know about until you sit down. Overall it is a great hotel, the free breakfasts were also delicious.

We slept in room 315 for one night. When we arrived, the manual lock on the door was broken. In the evening we locked the room door. At 6 a.m. someone apparently opened the room with a card. We woke up and only saw an arc of light and then heard the door slam loudly. We didn't see the person. Since we were asleep we weren't able to react so quickly. We could only report the incident at reception. They said that it couldn't have been anyone from the hotel because the reception only starts working at 6:30 a.m. and there was no room service. They apologized and that was it. We wrote to management and they responded acceptably. Unfortunately it wasn't a good stay for us.

This hotel was great! Staff was very friendly, hotel food was actually really good and the room was perfect. They also have a great happy hour selection. The only minor suggestion I have is if there could be an outlet on the nightstand to charge a phone. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here and I most likely will when I return to Adelaide.
