A fantastic experience at this hotel! Front desk very efficient. Shout out to the hidden staff Monica and Camilla housekeeping who made sure my room was immaculate during my stay. Location in central Adelaide perfect for business as well as great walks along the river! Service was exceptional thanks to the team

I went to the Argentinian restaurant located inside the hotel. The food and drinks were excellent, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, I loved the energy of each one. But I can't say the same about the chef, his name was Jonas, Jason or something like that (I couldn't see his nametag well). That guy was arrogant and condescending when I asked him a few simple questions. I understand if he hates his job but he shouldn't take it out on the customers. I hope they change that chef soon as he is the only bad thing about the restaurant.

The location was great, and we checked in really quickly. They even gave us a room with a view of the park! The breakfast buffet was delicious, with everything from eggs and bacon to fruit and cereal. There was even a barista bar if you wanted a fancy coffee.

Room was outdated, shower looked dirty before I even got in it. Service was great, all staff were very helpful with all my inquiries. The breakfast was good, plenty to select from each day. The location is fantastic, you can walk to most places from this hotel.
