Room was outdated, shower looked dirty before I even got in it. Service was great, all staff were very helpful with all my inquiries. The breakfast was good, plenty to select from each day. The location is fantastic, you can walk to most places from this hotel.

Our stay here was awesome. Lovely clean room, very spacious, bed was so comfortable. Modern bathroom with everything you need. We had the buffet breakfast and was well worth the money. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone

Nice hotel and very friendly service. No trouble checking in early and leaving half an hour later. Close to the tram station and a 5/10 walk from Rundle mall. Some slightly older features and would’ve liked an extra key card as there were two of us but overall very happy with our stay

Nice experience. Views from the west side towards the Port over parliament house. Complementary bottle of Mudgee wine upon arrival (locally sourced would really tick the box) thank you very nice touch. Laboca Argentinean steak house very nice. Shared the meat platter for 2 with sweet potato chips which were fantastic. Great meal left feeling very satisfied. Happy hour drinks weren't cheap with no atmosphere in the bar area during the week. Overall the stay was great with a planned return already being considered.
