I had a great experience during my first stay, which is why I chose to return. However, during my second visit, I noticed that the ventilation system was making a slight noise, which disturbed my sleep. Overall, the location is good so I decided to extend my stay for a few more days. After switching rooms, I was surprised to be assigned an accessible room, as I had originally booked a standard room. I asked if it was possible to switch to the normal room, but was informed that it wouldn’t be available for the next two days. While I understand that room assignments may vary, I would have appreciated being informed in advance. Additionally, the view from the accessible room was somewhat obstructed, which was a bit disappointing. I’ve noticed that similar situations have occurred with other guests as well, and I hope the hotel can improve communication regarding room assignments to enhance the overall guest experience.

The room was excellent but wifi almost non-existent and impossible to watch tv as it consistently re-connects and buffers - very frustrating and impossible to do any work without a separate wifi source. The meal at night and restaurant staff was much improved from my last visit - although the buffet breakfast leaves much to be desired and was once again cold.

Overall really good! The pool and gym was great and the rooms were nice and clean. Just two very minor things that could be improved would be some options for tea as well as the coffee in the rooms and having the water bottle full before arriving. But again, very minor things. Overall would definitely recommend!

A last minute to stay overnight in Melbourne, but out of the city itself. This hotel is so well located with easy access from a main freeway and adjoining a great shopping centre at Doncaster. It can be a little noisy in public areas, lots of families, but don't let that deter you. Great views and great vibe.

We booked the room mainly for the great view shown as in website, but unfortunately, they gave us one room opposite city. Tried to change room but be refused. It's bit disappointing. I'd suggest hotel to divide room as "with view" with higher price or "without view" to avoiding complaints. Other than that, pool is great and restaurant is good too.
