One of the best hotels to stay with clean and modern room. We stayed in the deluxe executive suite very comfortable. Parking downstairs may seem narrow but spaces are wide enough for 4WD size vehicle. Breakfast was great. Room service menu a bit steep but steak was very nice. Fish and lamb was average. Overall a great stay with friendly staff.

We used our stay free night reward and on arrival were upgraded, for which we were grateful. We enjoyed a light lunch and our room was ready for us 2.00pm. Our room on the 19th floor had an amazing view, very comfortable in every aspect (especially a makeup mirror!). Access to the lounge was enjoyed, with a large choice of canapes and drinks on offer. The environment was very relaxed, with an exceptional view of Melbourne. All staff were helpful and professional. Check out was a little slow and an additional staff member would have been helpful as the two ladies at reception were dealing with early arrivals.

It’s my third time staying here and I am still impressed with the features of the rooms - it is modern, sleek and the furnishings are just so tasteful. Cleaning was immaculate and the Front Office Staff who checked us in, Varada was very professional and courteous. Just one thing though - the bar staff was very dismissive when we availed our complimentary drink.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Pullman on the Park to enjoy the Australian Open tennis. Welcomed by friendly and professional staff, we found the hotel to be luxurious and classic in style. Our room was spacious, clean and modern with beautiful views across the park to the MCG and city skyline. Our king bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the proximity to the tennis venues and the ease to get to other parts of the city without the noise or the crowds. The gym was well appointed also and we enjoyed the sauna and pool too. We would happily stay again!

I would like to thank David’s kind-heartedness and generosity, by allowing me to stay at the lobby overnight for a few hours, when unfortunately there was no tram to take me home until early morning. David’s gesture of kindness will be remembered for offering a complimentary snack and drinks. Even though I haven’t stayed at this hotel, I would highly recommend it based on the service provided to a non guest.
