I loved the entire experience from the check in at the reception to the cleanliness of my room. The breakfast was also quite good and I did enjoy it. The view of the city from my room was the epic of it all and lastly the check out lady was just wonderful. Overall the service and interaction was perfect and was to my satisfaction. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Melbourne

From the second our taxi pulled up until we departed we received the highest level of service I have ever experienced. Friendly, helpful, attentive. The room was wonderful with a great view. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I travel to Melbourne quite a lot and have always have such a wonderful experience at the Pullman On The Park. Our last trip for the Melbourne Marathon reinforced why we always choose this hotel. The rooms and location are 5 star and nothing less but more importantly, the staff here are phenomenal. We are constantly treated with respect, care and kindness and this is the main reason we have and always will continue to return to this hotel. Thank you especially to Toby who helped us during a scary encounter with our toddler and made sure we were okay in the days following. 🙏🏽

We were lucky enough to stay in one of the suites during our stay - very nice room. But there were a few things that were a bit below what we’d expect from a 5 star hotel - broken powerpoints, towels appeared older, dirty windows and a leaky shower head. We also weren’t a huge fan of the way the lights turned on/off and the temperature control was a bit hit and miss (the instructions didn’t match the controls that we had). That said, the breakfast was exceptional as was the executive lounge (amazing views from up there). Worth staying just for those elements alone!!! Overall, a great stay - just a few smaller details needed some attention.
