Great location in central city near lots of quality eating places and convenience stores. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The facilities are excellent with a great lap pool and well equipped gym. The views from the upper floors are OK, although not exceptional. There is a lot of wastage of water with having the shower on for at least 5 minutes before it even starts to warm up.

Truly enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff was very lovely and welcoming. My room was extremely spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. Location was great as the hotel is literally in the CBD with the free tram right at the front, and many restaurants nearby. Free laundrette is also provided, which is really nice. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in CBD area which is very convenience and accessible to visit places around Melbourne. In front of the hotel there's a tram station. The hotel is quite nice, they have a cozy lobby, friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The room and bathroom are clean, and they provide kitchen along with the utensil. so we can cook if needed and have enough energy. They have a swimming pools, gym and sauna as well. The hotel provide room cleaning service based on guest request.

Great location, amazing friendly staff with great recommendations and clean modern rooms with the most comfortable bed! BUT the real hero of the entire stay was when we had to leave a day early for a family emergency in another state and they went above and beyond to help make a really stressful situation as easy as possible. Cant recommend this place enough! Thank you for all your help! Will definitely be back very soon!

Our room was nice and spacious, no view but wasn’t expected when booking. Lack of countertop space for cooking. The pool and gym were a great addition to the trip to relax. The location is good to reach near by places.
