Location is great, rooms are pretty but service is awful. I stayed 3 nights and perhaps will never return to same hotel again. You need to ask for something like towels or water 5 times. Most of the front desk staff is new and young people struggling to serve customers.

Complaint I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the complaint I submitted regarding the issues my friend and I experienced during our recent stay at your hotel. Despite reaching out previously, we have not yet received a response. Given the inconvenience caused, we are seeking compensation in the form of mileage points as a gesture of goodwill for the problems we encountered. We would appreciate it if you could address this matter at your earliest convenience and inform us of the steps you will take to resolve it.

I stayed here for two nights during a business trip. Pros: The location was ideal for me, as it’s close to the conference venue. The staff were very friendly and did their best to assist us with anything we needed. Cons: The price feels a bit high for such an old property(300+ for a basic room) with visible wear and tear throughout. The swimming pool is too small for an adult, and the gym is also quite limited.

Stayed at the Marriott with a friend for the Tina Turner show and my first time here. Staff were amazing and couldn’t help you enough. Room was extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was great as well. Special thankyou too Cody for helping us out with the TV, prompt service and a courteous young man. Hope to come back again.

Overall, a great experience. As a five star hotel, the quality of the breakfast needs improvement. The fruit and ham was not fresh and tastes odd, coffee machine was out of service.
