Reviews for Ibis Perth

Room was ok. Empty water bottle left under bed. Rubbish view from the window. Shower leaked into bathroom. Limited teabags in room. Plenty of towels and flannels. Limited space for large cases. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was cooked / continental style along the lines of a Dutch breakfast but without the boiled eggs, cheese selection and beef but help yourself to anything so no complaints there. Checking in / out was hassle free.

hi , we stayed in room 220, on the 19th Nov 25 early morning at 2am, we checked into this room. Service for the hotel is fine but this room is no good, the aircon is not working , the centralize aircon only blow alone the corridor and not into the room,so maybe we should have open the room and sleep overnight , the room was very hot like tropica country and very humid due to the flooding in the bath room , we were given a fan after the receptionist came twice to check the aircon system , we were told to turn on and off but apparently to reach 18 or even 20 degree is impossible, the turn on and off was not working ... while we are checking the aircon, I found out the inlet service air louver were extremely dirty, the dust can be accumulate to become a soft pillow. my son was coughing none stop throughout the night, so in case u are having sensitive nose or back drip, kindly avoid this room 220. The toilet bathing area glass door cannot prevent the water from flowing out. those rubber or silicon around the side doors does not prevent the water from leaking out from the crevices, so every time you bath, u will flood the whole toilet, we have used 4 toilet floor towels to block the water , but to no avail. ibis standard should be good but this business hotel room does not meet the standard. after two days of heat and water survival, we checked out. even the air outside the ibis is cooler and fresher. I was told the rooms were newly renovated and yet we become the guinea pig to test out the function of the room. the wireless charging of alarm clock also not working. fyi. hope the hotel manager can improve as this is the first time I encounter such room. anyway free tropical beach feeling inside this room.

I like the location of this. Near to restaurants and pubs/bars so easy to get food. The bar/coffee in the hotel is comfy, too. The room is clean but feels small. It seems Ibis tried to maximize spaces by squeezing the room size. The alleys are small, too. There are only 2 elevators so when the lobby full of guests, waiting time is long.

Like many Ibis in other places, this Ibis has small rooms but is located at a convenient spot. Also the price is slightly cheaper than other equally conveniently located hotels. We chose Ibis this time because it has been recently refurbished, but not entirely satisfactorily so. We stayed there for 5 days, but the shower leaked everyday, despite the fact the hotel said it would be fixed every time we raised the matter with them. It was quite inconvenient as the bathroom was small, we had to use towels to soak up the water before using the toilet to avoid getting our feet wet. Also mould growth and soap scum were spotted at the corners of the shower, which is indicative the routine cleaning had not been thorough enough.

I needed respite after a hospital stay, I headed to to ibis! I remembered how they were warm & welcoming last time. They were so accommodating & it’s my safety stay, peace protecting & the Chelsea ? No need to walk for the comfort food! Sparkling water on tap, smiles & atmosphere all rolled into a hug. It was exact what I needed. Thanks for going the extra mile Ibis. Shout out to the welcome front desk- charming gentleman Vishan & Tim who also went out of his way . I love how they made me feel
