Sitting on 12 acres of extensive landscaped grounds, Mantra Lorne is the largest residential conference venue in Victoria.They cater for small management groups to large conventions with over 500 delegates and also have a range of venue options from the boardrooms to the pillar free convention centre as well as offering eight additional meeting rooms for breakout sessions. They have their own on-site production department which offers an extensive range of audio visual equipment as well as decor and theming, entertainment sourcing and a complete stage management service. Furthermore the conference venue has a semi-permanent infrastructure in place which includes video projectors and screens, advanced audio system, theatrical lights, lecterns, microphones, dimmable house lights, permanent rigging structure and scissor lifts and multiple three phase power outlets in each room.If you and your team wish to stay the night, they have a variety of accommodation ranging from the centrally located full service heritage rooms, to studio rooms and one and two bedroom apartments. All together they can offer accommodation for 500 delegates, all of whom will have access to wireless internet connection which is accessible from the beach.

Lovely spa and pool and tennis facilities. Very good buffet breakfast. The stay wasn't inexpensive yet I was surprised to find that there was no place to store clothing and the only sink was not in the bathroom but the bed/living room.

Been coming every year for over 5 years and sadly not much has changed as far as the rooms go. Cleanliness of the rooms has definitely been overlooked, getting worse every year, for the room rates we pay to stay rooms should be spotless. No cobwebs in bedroom please. Location is the only reason we keep coming back but getting harder to commit every year. Mantra needs to offer more than just location for the rates they are charging per room per night.

Basically near to beach so thats the good point, Lorne is not too big area, so over here mostly all are walking distance. Our one room apartment comes with a sofa bed in the living which is so so soft ! Need to refurbish. The dish washer cant dry properly so maybe need a new one As for the cleanliness, its so so , asked hotel to come back to vacuum when we check in The laundry is not clean, tables and floor not properly cleaned too. Rooms are clean only every 3rd nights

Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights. The apartments were right next to the beach, and there were many restaurants near there. The buffet had different foods every day, and there was a coffee machine where we could have lots. Overall, this was a very family-friendly place to stay. There was a pool and a spa. If you are a member of Mantra, you could claim free drinks.

Professional staff helped check in to be smooth and quick. Fantastic room on 3rd floor with views of the beach and of the entire property. Especially love the location which allows me to park the car on arrival and not need it again for the length of my stay, avoiding the busy Lorne traffic. This is the main reason we keep coming back to Mantra Lorne
