The physical building is lovely. It’s comfortable and pretty clean though given the modern nature of life you’d expect there to be USB charging points in the rooms and extra rolls of toilet paper. The beds are too soft and the air conditioning system isn’t very forgiving so be prepared to freeze or swelter and get dry sinuses. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but just a few minor details will improve things a bit.

Nice and convenient place. Close to everything. The indoor pool, spa and sauna was a plus. We had buffet breakfast for a few days, everyday it was the same food, variety in some food would have been good. No kitchenette in the rooms. 25$ extra for on-site parking. The Easter bunny was a good add-on for kids.

Room - dusty carpet , room phone not working. no hotel slippers available. confirmed with receptionist. Pool - tiles look unclean, used towels overflowing in the hamper/basket. no refill of fresh towels. breakfast - burnt sunny side up served. to be fair staff offered to return however the chef/cook should not have let it be served burnt in the first place. breakfast has decent food options. overall: Lovely hotel and staff. but poor maintenance and cleanliness. if they focus on maintenance and cleanliness i think it would improve the experience greatly.

Love this hotel and we keep coming back. Rooms are big and spotlessly clean. Check in is easy and nice staff. The best thing is happy hour and dinner. The wines are great and the food is excellent. But the show stopper is the friendly staff. The young lady (Milly?) who served us is outstanding. We'll be back soon 🙂

Very disappointed with our stay here. The only positive was the convenient location and the indoor pool. The rooms were not properly cleaned—beds were made without changing the sheets, no vacuuming was done, and used cups were left dirty. The furniture is outdated, with only one bedside table, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and unstable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The food was also a letdown. I ordered the carbonara, which came with greasy, undercooked bacon, and the kids' pizza was inedible. Breakfast was passable, but the coffee and tea were very poor quality. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of renovation and a higher standard of cleanliness. I do not recommend staying here.
