5 Stars - An Amazing Wedding Reception Experience! We couldn’t have asked for a better reception experience thanks to Camden and the team at QT Canberra! From the very beginning, Camden was professional, attentive, and incredibly organised. Camden took the time to understand our vision and worked seamlessly to bring it to life. The entire reception went off without a hitch, and all our guests were blown away by how beautiful everything looked and how smoothly it all ran. The attention to detail was outstanding—everything from the décor to the food and drinks was perfect. We received so many compliments from our guests about the quality of the service and the atmosphere. The team at QT Canberra really knows how to make a wedding reception feel magical! If you're looking for a vendor who will handle all the little details and create a truly unforgettable experience for your special day, we highly recommend QT Canberra. They made our wedding reception unforgettable!

Unfortunately our stay at the QT was not very pleasant. Firstly, there is not a lot of parking for hotel guests, we had to pay $30 for access to the parking area but there was no guarantee that you would find a spot. Secondly, the rooms have very poor sound insulation, our room was right next to the lift shaft and was extremely loud. I raised this with hotel staff who tried to remedy at least and gave us another room as it was a known issue but was pretty shocked that they would even book this room in the first place. +1 star because the breakfast was great.

A regular at QT as part work and family visit. Post Covid has really seen this hotel slide down the ratings from its fomer amazing days. The whole conceirge teams, welcoming vibe of Front Office staff, soft music and clean environment. Checked in by a cold unfriendly staff member. Room was dusty and the bathroom had a stale smell. Minimum coffee and tea provided. The lifts were filthy covered in dirt, fingerprints and rubbish on the floor. The breakfast was really bad...poor service, vacant tables with dirty plates and food scraps. This last trip may be our last at QT.

Unfortunately this hotel is in need of an upgrade. Road works around the hotel do not help. The bar staff were excellent, we did it eat in on this occasion. Friday 25th April 25. So disappointed with the buffet breakfast, coffee cold, hot food sparce, and cold fruit platter far too small for the number of guests😱😱☹️☹️

QT Canberra were exceptional in delivering a perfect day for our wedding. Communication from their Events Team was constant, ensuring every detail was considered. A big shout out to Patti who was so helpful during all stages of planning. The food on the day was amazing. We elected for a share plate arrangement served down the table. The quality and quantity of the food was perfect, with unique seasonal dishes. We received so many compliments from guests. Service on the day was flawless. Perfectly timed, friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive. We booked out the Lounge on the 15th floor. The venue was great. Spotlessly clean with spectacular views of Canberra. A funky and fun space.
