Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Staff made us feel welcomed. Ordered the chicken karage. The best chicken karage I have tasted. The chicken was cooked right. It was served with lime wedges and mayo ( mayonnaise )with a generous amount of chicken. I squeezed the lime on the chicken before dipping in the mayo. Delicious combination and the chicken was juicy.I plan on going back to to Madam Chu. Beautiful views. Love the Oolong tea that was served in a cute Asian style teapot.

The dumplings were amazing! The restaurant is located at the Bondi boulevard. We really enjoyed it here.

We placed an order for take away through our phone, but unfortunately it took twice longer than the estimated time provided by the restaurant. The dumplings tasted alright, but we were surprised by the small portion given its price. On the other hand, the BBQ pork bun was unpleasant as the dry flour could not even maintain its shape and broke into shreds. Despite the fancy ambiance and price, adding cocktails to the menu did not improve our overall experience as the food was terrible and not worth the cost.
