Great location and lovely views from the room, which made the stay enjoyable. However, the hotel is starting to show its age in both decor and maintenance. My in-room dining was pretty mediocre, presentation and taste wise - definitely not what you’d expect from a hotel of this rating. With some refurbishments and better food quality, it could live up to its reputation.

From the moment of my arrival, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and a big shout out to Matteo who took my bags upstairs and orientated me to the room and the facilities. Everyone was friendly, everything was clean and lovely, well located of course, and a choice of healthy gourmet quality foods at the restaurant or using room service. I really enjoyed my time there.

We stayed for a conference and the hotel was conveniently located. Service was excellent for all staff. Little tricky to access the hotel, driving in peak hour on the Thursday afternoon. But when we got up to the lobby it was a lovely atmosphere. Very relaxed compared to the hectic city. Nice buffet breakfast and room service dinner. Great service for valet parking. The bathrooms are pretty tiny and a little dated. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Thank you.

Overall great experience. Breakfast was great and service was top notch. Something that MUST be highlighted was the bar. Good selection of spirits and great original cocktails, especially if you manage to catch the happy hour. Thomas in particular, was a great bartender, very knowledgeable and with a love for the craft that could be seen in his creations. That alone is worth a visit!

Excellent location but lack of ALL Platinum recognition. No room upgrade, no welcoming amenities, was only offered a sparkling water and a small plate of fruit + nuts. Executive lounge was accessible with room key but still we were on multiple occasions asked by the service crews of our room number while we were already seated. Room was great but service needs a lot of improvement with commitment to honour ALL benefits The shower room glass door opens outwards towards toilet bowl which is a dangerous on its own especially for guests with young kids. The shower room itself has a seemingly unnecessary glass panel which again is hazardous as the corner is quite sharp
