What a stunning hotel! My first ever 5 ⭐️ experience and I’ll definitely be back! We got an upgrade to a corner room on level 17! The iron was amazing, perfect comfortable bed. Only thing missing was a tea spoon to make a warm drink. 10/10 service from the team. Buffet breakfast was outstanding also with so many beautiful varieties, I had a omelette by the chef too.

We stayed in a suite for 3 nights & were very happy with our suite, executive lounge, service, food. Very comfortable bedding, good insulation throughout. The location is top notch, right in the shopping area, restaurants, transport, etc The lounge was nice but could be pretty crowded. It might be a good idea to limit the number of people allowed in the lounge. Nice pool but it was too crowded during our stay, therefore, we didn't use it. A small functional gym which was good We would return to this hotel in the future.

Hotel was in a great location, so easy to walk everywhere. Train station was close so getting to & from airport easy. Rooms spacious, bed was comfortable. Only two disappointments, checking in took so long, we were in line for a good 20 minutes with only another couple ahead of us. Once we checked in and got to our room…. Omg there were two used towels hanging up behind the bathroom door. Absolutely disgusting. I rang housekeeping and they came and got them. But no apology from the hotel or a free drink or anything would have been nice. Obviously with the door pushed right back, housekeeping didn’t see these, but…. If they had cleaned the floor behind the door the should have?????

This hotel will make you feel better day after day when you start staying here. The service is top notch and the location is unbeatable. Food and drinks at the bar were awesome. The only negative was they made me wait for 3 hours before giving the room but I was early and they had no room available.

Loved this hotel. The location was perfect - close to shopping and the theatre plus transport to Circular Quay and the airport. The room was perfect for our family of four… comfy beds, so spacious, huge bathroom which was super clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent and free for kids. Couldn’t fault anything, highly recommend.
