We stayed for a conference and the hotel was conveniently located. Service was excellent for all staff. Little tricky to access the hotel, driving in peak hour on the Thursday afternoon. But when we got up to the lobby it was a lovely atmosphere. Very relaxed compared to the hectic city. Nice buffet breakfast and room service dinner. Great service for valet parking. The bathrooms are pretty tiny and a little dated. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Thank you.

Excellent location but lack of ALL Platinum recognition. No room upgrade, no welcoming amenities, was only offered a sparkling water and a small plate of fruit + nuts. Executive lounge was accessible with room key but still we were on multiple occasions asked by the service crews of our room number while we were already seated. Room was great but service needs a lot of improvement with commitment to honour ALL benefits The shower room glass door opens outwards towards toilet bowl which is a dangerous on its own especially for guests with young kids. The shower room itself has a seemingly unnecessary glass panel which again is hazardous as the corner is quite sharp

Lovely stay. The service from all the team was amazing but l do want to point out some incredible service from one of your team. Bailey who works in the executive club, so welcoming and could not do enough to help his guests please forward feedback to him . Look forward next visit.

We love this hotel Great comfortable suites and lovely staff. Perfect location for a CBD shopping weekend especially with a ‘Suite night upgrade’! Excellent ‘Executive Lounge’ facilities, staff and nourishment… George St Tramway, Valet or other parking and everything - including a reasonable walk to Circular Quay is easy reach.

When we stayed here for my sisters birthday the staff were quite welcoming and polite. They helped us a lot and I appreciated them. When we stayed it was vivid and the location was perfect for going around the city having fun with family. The room we booked was a bit tight but we made it fit though the beds were a bit too small for the 5 of us. Overall we had a wonderful time and I would like to thank the hotel for the great time
