Great hotel. We had an issue with noise from works occuring on floor above us which was surprising but the manager did everything she could to look after us and put a stop to the works for duration of the stay. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we had a lovely bottle of champagne presented in our room with a nice message from the hotel. Will defintely go back.

Fantastic location, right in heart of the city. Great rooms. Check in was delayed (and no drink vouchers were offered) one lift wasn’t working either, but the room quality made up for it. Great breakfast options and delicious dinner too.

Stayed two nights at Swissotel Sydney and stopped by the hotel bar one evening after dinner to catch up with a friend. The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing, perfect for chatting over drinks. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Alexandra, who was incredibly sweet and attentive. She really made us feel well looked after. Would definitely come back.

Stayed in an Executive Suite and had a very comfortable stay. The bed was great, the suite was spacious, and the Executive Lounge was a nice bonus with decent food and drinks. Breakfast was also good with plenty of options. The hotel is starting to show its age in some areas, but the pricing reflected that and still offered good value for the location. Overall, a pleasant stay in the heart of Sydney and I would happily stay again.

Warning... Warning... this place is average at best. Where do I start, the room. Mold in tiny shower, light leaks in around the curtains alot. TV looses signal for over 40min at a time. Noise from all directions. Lifts suck! Can wait for ages and then stop at ever floor because everyone else is waiting. Had a conversation with a guest that informed me its normal for the lift to be slow and she wont be staying at the Sydney Swissotel again. I do like to enjoy and relax at the hotel in my free time and that includes food and drinks ect so the hotel does well from me but when I did speak to reception and got the normal Accor response, total nothing with zero care. Luckily I'd have a choice of where to stay and it wont be at the Swissotel backpackers again. QT, Hilton or Sheridan i would highly recommend.
