Fantastic location, right smack bang in the middle of Sydney cbd. A very generous selection in the Executive lounge for drinks and nibbles all day. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, plenty to keep the family filled for a few hours. Rooms were a little dated, so it is very generous to be 5 stars. Only issues were communication between lobby and concierge where our room was delayed for check in. Had to check multiple times and never received a call to inform me that the room was ready.
I had a great experience at the hotel. The service and room were excellent. I want to give a special shoutout to the concierge who helped me find some fantastic items to buy. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to get around. I highly recommend this hotel for first-time travelers and families.
Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Could not have asked for better. Light rail stop just around the corner. Had an executive suite and it was fantastic. Roomy and a balcony. So quiet with the sliding door closed. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay
Beautiful hotel. Comfy beds, big bath. Staff are phenomenal. Very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Perfect location, on the Light Rail line/stop. Short walk to Darling Harbour. Great pool with bar service and food.
My husband and I stayed here in November 2023. This place is absolutely amazing to stay. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone was accommodating and was upgraded for our stay. The daily breakfast buffet was excellent. So much to choose from. It can be quiet busy, but if you time it right you'll be fine. The hotel is right at heart of the CBD and you can just walk about everywhere or catch public transport with a breeze. The hotel facilities were excellent. We had access to the members lounge and it was great to wind down after a busy. The bar was my favourite place to wind down and have a drink. The cocktails were delicious. The only thing that was a downside was the elevator situation. The peak times on the elevator during the morning/evening or weekends was a challenge. Overall, the stay was excellent and we would stay here again next time where down in Sydney. I would highly recommend this hotel.
