Great, central location. Nice rooms. I didn’t use it but the outdoor pool area looked nice. I didn’t like having to use two lifts to get to my room. Shout out to housekeeping as the rooms were very clean and they also went out of their way to help me retrieve an item I left behind.

Perfect location for a family friendly hotel. The bathrooms are a bit dated, and the rooms are very dry. They need more fresh air or humidifiers. Tough to get a hit sleep as woke up many times each night with a mouth drier that a salt lake. Not cheap, but then no hotels are in Sydney.

Stayed here for 2 weeks, everything here was perfect! Bedrooms were clean after room service, delicious food from the executive lounge, available for all times! Different snacks, beverages, and of course gluten free options. Staff, waiters, waitresses, chefs, receptionist, were all so respectful! From past hotels, they handled my luggage without care. Which is the opposite in this hotel. I had a fragile instrument inside of my luggage, and I was scared that it would break. But no. The guy on the ground floor was super nice and handled my luggage with pure awareness! Not breaking anything at all. View was amazing, gym was incredible, and food was good as well! Overall, my stay was amazing and if I would come back to Australia, Swissôtel would 100% be my first option. 5/5 from me!

Fantastic location, right smack bang in the middle of Sydney cbd. A very generous selection in the Executive lounge for drinks and nibbles all day. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, plenty to keep the family filled for a few hours. Rooms were a little dated, so it is very generous to be 5 stars. Only issues were communication between lobby and concierge where our room was delayed for check in. Had to check multiple times and never received a call to inform me that the room was ready.

Beautiful hotel. Comfy beds, big bath. Staff are phenomenal. Very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Perfect location, on the Light Rail line/stop. Short walk to Darling Harbour. Great pool with bar service and food.
