Booked a Queen room courtyard dog friendly so my two small dogs & I could have a night away. Great set up - they even give you a branded collapsible dog bowl for water/food ☺️ Close to Centennial Park for nice walks!! Very limited onsite parking, but plenty of timed street parking just outside…

Lovely Boutique Hotel close to Kings Cross and Sydney Eye Hospital. Booked the Queen bed room last month with attached private courtyard for several nights which 'with Aerogard' to keep the mossies at bay, was perfect for us and our little dog. We ordered and enjoyed our complimentary breakfast from the Cafe at the front of the Hotel. Daily linen restocking was appreciated as the bath mat became very wet from splashes from the small hand basin. My only recommendation is to install a sensor light at the small step up into the rear of the car park from the back hotel suites. Unfortunately it is very dark and the step was missed on our first evening walk as we took our little dog out for his toilet breaks. On subsequent walks after dark, we took our phone torch to light up the step. Would thoroughly recommend this beautiful and friendly hotel!

This hotel is in a lovely old building and so it has a homely atmosphere. It's not spick and span modern, more like staying in someone's house. There is a cosy lounge room which you may need as our room was small with a tiny bathroom. Either that or go walking in any direction for an adventure. Very centrally located across the road from Centennial Park. The best thing is it's dog friendly here wherever you go. The included breakfast menu is nice. The staff are friendly and welcoming but only on site until 3pm. I suggest booking parking as it's hard to park in the street. $33 a day is worth it.

Not worth the price. This place is not kept clean and seems to rely heavily on being 'boutique' to get away with it. Carpet and couches seem like they haven't been cleaned in years. Black and pink mould everywhere in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom is covered in dust and barely works meaning the room quickly becomes outrageously steamy. You are not allowed to open the bathroom door while showering either or you may incurr a fine from the fire department if the smoke alarms are set off - hotel policy. Maybe install proper working fans in the bathrooms? The breakfast / food options are stale and disgusting. Coffee isn't too bad. Staff are polite enough but unfortunately if you need something there's no one working past 2pm or 3pm until the next day. You have to pay extra for parking , $33 per day! Which is insane considering the price you're already paying for a room. Location is good but not good enough to get away with all the faults this hotel have. We sought a refund and the manager is very stubborn and argumentative. Would never stay here again.

Fantastic location, both pet and human-friendly! The warm welcome and seamless after-hours access make it even more inviting. Plus, the included breakfast and economical rates add incredible value. What more could you possibly ask for in a hotel?
