My whole family loved our stay at Peppers Soul, the view was amazing and breath taking. Service was outstanding, everything about it was fantastic. Hotel is well located and has everything you need in walking distance. Room was clean and tidy. Everything you need for a week stay is there. Not nosy at all. The pools was good, we loved the heated indoor pool the most. We will definitely come back here to stay again in the near future. Highly recommended.

The stay was very comfortable, views were great and kitchen were well equiped. what let the unit down a little was, the outdoor lounge for one person outside the master bedroom, it ashame there isn't a comfortable outdoor lounge that you can sit and enjoy the amazing view outside so we ended sitting inside more. The view was the main reason for booking the space. Overall, though, it was a great experience!"

My experience at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise was exceptional. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was amazing. the view was out of this world and the apartment was modern and tastefully decorated. It had all you could need. The location right on the beach was perfect. The pools were well maintained and the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious! The customer service we received from the reception staff was very efficient and friendly. It was a great experience and I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Great location and views, staff are very pleasant and friendly. Complementary upgrade. Rooms slightly unclean, not overly well clean under bed and around bedside tables. Glasses had finger prints and old wine stains. Daily rooms service very helpful. Pool is in the shade 12-1pm, great on a hot day and delightful pool.
