Great location right on the beach and along Cavill Avenue. The ocean view from the room was stunning, and the overall stay was pleasant. The reception staff and service team were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. However, housekeeping needs improvement — the rubbish was not cleared, and the floor was not vacuumed when we returned to the room.

Great location and the reception team were welcoming. The room was lovely, although not impeccably clean. I left a new charging plug, plugged in beside the bed and called the hotel shortly after my departure and asked them to put it aside so I could collect it. The team member who went to the room said it was not there and that the room had already been cleaned and no found items logged. I was told he would check and contact me the next day. I was not contacted. I have called twice since and still no-one has contacted me back as they say they will. I question the integrity of the cleaning staff and the standards in place to manage issues like this. One very small thing has soured my view of the entire stay and the property.

Congratulations to the Team at Peppers Soul! You guys do such a fantastic job! From pre-check in, to concierge, reception, cleaning team, and the restaurant - Everyone was sensational. The apartments are amazing! Large, clean, modern, comfortable beds etc. Everything you could want during a stay. Location is also excellent, so close to the beach and main st of Surfers Paradise - Cavil Ave. 10/10 from our family of 4. See you next time!

As always you can’t go wrong at this place. Comfy beds and well laid out. Was disappointed after staying here more than 30 times over the years that the 2nd bathroom was locked. This has never happened before and it’s handy having two bathrooms when you are both getting ready. Other than that the staff at check in were amazing and helpful and as always the rooms were cleaned and never interrupt our stay. Well done to the whole management team as it comes from the top down.
