5 star service. Exceptional staff, the grounds are well kept, beautifully appointed rooms and pools clean, different restaurants to choose from casual, fine dining both exceptional. Good family vibe love the beach pool, the kangaroos 🩷 Breaky buffet good assortment of different food, fresh and consistent. Veronica is absolute stand out, her service is first class, we have owned restaurants and cafes for 20 years and I’ve never seen anything like her! Great attitude, attentive, caring and efficient. Thank you for making our stay special. We will be back! Keep up the good work team.

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort. Everything was exceptional, but the lounge access was truly a highlight. I highly recommend adding it to your stay. A special thank you to Sam at reception, who was warm, efficient and so welcoming, and to Roxy in the lounge, whose service was outstanding and made our experience even more memorable. We loved our time here and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

We had such a fantastic stay to celebrate my birthday. The resort is beautiful, facilities are great, the room was wonderfully comfortable. A very special thank you to the team members who made our stay so memorable: Felicity for arranging our booking, Matthew for driving us in the rain and always being so attentive, Brock for looking after our drinks in the Verandah Bar, Paige and Nici for a wonderful dinner in The Fireplace. The genuine warmth and care from the staff really made the stay that extra bit special. Thank you all!

Wow! Just wow! Everything about our stay was perfect. Experienced the kangaroos, lizards, so many facilities, the food is absolutely amazing! I ate way too much because I wanted to try it all. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Lots of chairs, didn’t have to wait. Just perfect! Will be coming back with friends.

I love and would recommended our stay here. I Stayed for more then a week, and I was well taken care of throughout the stay. Full of kangaroos. Services brilliant. Facility awesome. The lagoon pool is really nice too with sand and play toys provided.
