Outstanding service! It was so refreshing to deal with a company who really do put customer service and satisfaction first. I ordered a split queen bed and linen and everything was top quality and delivered promptly. Deborah and Sid were always happy to answer my endless questions and send me info. The split queen bed fitted beautifully into my existing frame and I couldn’t be happier. Do yourself a favour and don’t shop for an adjustable bed anywhere else - believe me I’ve done the research!

Hi, I seen your add on tv.So i phoned the number.The lovely lady and I had a chat..so we bought the bed unseen and by midday the very next day it was delivered and set up We live 400 ks away in a country town. Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
