There are a few steps involved in booking an event at STARplex Function Centre and the VenueNow team are here to do the heavy lifting for you. Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your: - Event type - Number of people attending - Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible) - Budget (per person or total) - Room layout - Food and beverage / catering requirements - Any other requirements Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at STARplex Function Centre to check: 1) Can they host the event on your preferred date / time? STARplex Function Centre

This meeting and training space can cater for groups up to 30 in a classroom setting, or 35 seated guests.

Adjacent to the Courts Stadium, the room offers access from the Courts and direct access to the main car park. Also offers audio visual and projection facilities and a small kitchenette.

This space is ideal for training and courses, board and community meetings, information sessions, product releases and demonstrations, and more.

CAPACITIES: 25-30 classroom, 35 seated (theatre), 10-15 board-room, 5-35 cocktail.

The Mezzanine at STARplex is a high-end showcase and meeting room with flexible space for up to 45 seated guests or 65 for a cocktail event. Entering via a flight of stairs, The Mezzanine overlooks the STARplex common and cafe spaces. 

Equipped with projection and audio facilities, a kitchenette, a comfortable break-out space. A bar can also be provided and staffed if required. Offering versatility, this space is ideal for showcases, product releases, board and executive meetings, information sessions, small cocktail events, and more. 

CAPACITIES: 45 seated (theatre), 20 board-room, 35 classroom, 10-65 cocktail.

The Mezzanine

Hewitson Theatre is our premier venue with seating for up to 1,200 people in a theatre format. This first-class theatre boasts a calendar of touring and community events and is a perfect venue for a wide range of events and productions.

Hewitson can cater for weddings, corporate events, large product launches, performing arts productions, cabaret events, large cocktail events, and more.

CAPACITIES: 1,200 seated (theatre), 550 cabaret/banquet (tables of 10), 300-1,500 cocktail.
