We were fortunate to arrive before the long check-in lines began, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Our room was ready ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable layout and a delightful view of the front. The attention to detail in the room's preparation did not go unnoticed, contributing to our overall satisfaction. I took my 10 year old daughter for a night in the city for her birthday. We received amazing service, room was clean and had great facilities. A birthday treat was delivered from the kitchen. Location was great, parking easy and included. Buffett breakfast was varied and delicious.

I was welcome as a valued friend. With my membership, I received a welcome drink. Since I had a work conference planned for 12:00, the hotel was able to accommodate a late check out at 2 pm!!!! Which was very much appreciated. The staff were friendly and the grab and go breakfast and dinner is just very convenient. Thanks for your great work. Stephen

I was warmly welcomed and was allocated a great room with a fantastic view over the Adelaide hills. Even as a silver member the staff do go out of their way to recognise me. Storm on reception was amazing, as were the staff in the restaurant. I would say this is value for small business.

It was centrally located with various shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Noise levels are well managed and I was able to have good night's sleep. They were also putting the effort of informing the guests that there's a public holiday coming of which they wouldn't have enough staff for cleaning service for a day and what their strategy is for that day. There is good planning ahead and making sure that guests are considered.
