Lovely clean room. Incredible view and location. All the conveniences you could need. Parking nearby at a discounted rate from the hotel. Special shout-out to Storm at the front desk who made me feel so welcome. My new go to hotel.
Lovely place to stay, Ibis were able to take me in on an emergency booking last minute and were helpful and caring. The room was clean and had everything I needed plus good coffee in the morning. Staff were polite, efficient and caring.
Despite the fact we had about $200 worth of clothing stolen from the dryer, we enjoyed our stay. There needs to be a camera installed at the laundry door. The Manager, Storm was very supportive and helpful but he still wasn't able to reimburse us for the stolen clothing. Good location. Good restaurant. Lovely staff.
Great location, good parking, good drop off area, pleasant and helpful staff. The room and other facilities were very good. This was a business trip with 2 x colleagues, and we had dinner / meeting in the restaurant which was ideal as we found a quiet corner and the meals were great.
Quick work trip and always appreciate the good service and handy location of the hotel. It's a 4-star Ibis so facilities are better than many would expect. Valued a late checkout at no cost to suit my meeting schedule. Very good customer service.
