I stayed at this wonderful hotel recently and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Adelaide. It is located in a perfect spot close to shops restaurants bars and cafes. The service I received from the IBIS hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. The rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable. We were greeted by fabulous friendly staff each time we entered or left the hotel. One staff member named Storm stood out from the rest. His attire was proudly IBIS, he was extremely friendly extremely polite and extremely helpful. Absolutely full of knowledge about the hotel, surrounding places to visit and of course where to eat. We had a problem with our tv and within minutes of reporting this to Storm he moved us to another room and even offered to help us carry our things. We can't thank Storm enough for his excellent customer service. Next time we visit Adelaide we will definitely be staying at the IBIS in Grenfell Street. I highly recommend this hotel. I booked last minute after plans went awry- I was very impressed with the room, service, restaurant and lovely views from the 7th floor, there was no street noise at all. Perfect size room, had everything I needed, I didn't use the vending machines but I prefer that to a mini bar so there's more space in the fridge if you need it. I didn't have a phone charger with me so I was so relieved when I found the digital clock was a cordless charger as well. Excellent value as I booked as a Gold member with Red Hot rooms and enjoyed the complementary welcome drink.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at when in Adelaide . The location is close to the Adelaide mall about 1minute away. The staff are excellent. The rooms are spacious, be sure to ask for a room looking out to the hills. The hotel’s restaurant is also great to have breakfast ( which is quite reasonable) and for dinner it’s good. Having a drink beforehand is also nice. The rooms are clean. Highly recommend this hotel m, its reasonably priced and fantastic location.

Very helpful check in staff. As I took an overnight flight, I requested if could be allowed to check in early. As soon as housekeeping prepared a room, they called me and informed me. Very helpful and professional. The room itself is adequate for its category, had a nice view over the nearby park and green spaces, and the hotel is fabulously centrally located.

Enjoyed staying here. Room was clean and staff were nice and helpful. Also hotel is in a nice location near shopping centre and other facilities if you need anything. Would recommend.
