I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel in Adelaide for girl's weekend away and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is clean, modern, the rooms perfect size, the beds super comfy and the location is perfect for exploring the city. It’s convenient and central, making it easy to get around. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff, particularly Ash and Storm, went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a memorable stay. It’s not every day you feel like you're treated like family in a hotel! Thank you gentlemen. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Ibis Hotel Adelaide enough. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with outstanding service, this is the place to stay. Will definitely be back!

I stayed at this wonderful hotel recently and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Adelaide. It is located in a perfect spot close to shops restaurants bars and cafes. The service I received from the IBIS hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. The rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable. We were greeted by fabulous friendly staff each time we entered or left the hotel. One staff member named Storm stood out from the rest. His attire was proudly IBIS, he was extremely friendly extremely polite and extremely helpful. Absolutely full of knowledge about the hotel, surrounding places to visit and of course where to eat. We had a problem with our tv and within minutes of reporting this to Storm he moved us to another room and even offered to help us carry our things. We can't thank Storm enough for his excellent customer service. Next time we visit Adelaide we will definitely be staying at the IBIS in Grenfell Street. I highly recommend this hotel. This is a fantastic hotel to stay at when in Adelaide . The location is close to the Adelaide mall about 1minute away. The staff are excellent. The rooms are spacious, be sure to ask for a room looking out to the hills. The hotel’s restaurant is also great to have breakfast ( which is quite reasonable) and for dinner it’s good. Having a drink beforehand is also nice. The rooms are clean. Highly recommend this hotel m, its reasonably priced and fantastic location.

Second time staying with Ibis Adelaide. Great views of the hills from the room. Attentive and friendly staff who were accommodating from start to finish. Good location with Rundle Mall just behind the hotel and bus stop to/from airport just down the road. Price is on the cheaper end for a standard room.

I booked last minute after plans went awry- I was very impressed with the room, service, restaurant and lovely views from the 7th floor, there was no street noise at all. Perfect size room, had everything I needed, I didn't use the vending machines but I prefer that to a mini bar so there's more space in the fridge if you need it. I didn't have a phone charger with me so I was so relieved when I found the digital clock was a cordless charger as well. Excellent value as I booked as a Gold member with Red Hot rooms and enjoyed the complementary welcome drink.
