Hello to all the soon-to-be-weds out there! I recently shoot a wedding here and here's some stuffs that may help you out :) The venue has a timeless feel, with a beautiful white theme that can easily be customised to match any type of event, whether it be a traditional wedding where it involves strong colours or any other special occasion! Consider it like a blank canvas, in a good way! One of the standout features of this venue is its large windows that allow for ample natural light to flood the space which creates a bright and airy atmosphere. The soft and subtle downlight source is a plus! It's not a spotlight, but the big, wide one, which is great for light control. Highly recommend this place!

We recently booked No 1 events for a fundraiser for a dear friend with cancer. From the very beginning Saxon was very easy to deal with. He was very generous with his time and gave us great input as we were not used to organising such events. He also discounted several items so that we could maximise our fundraising. The room was great and was very easy to decorate it and turn it into the lovely space we wanted for our event. Food was delicious as well. I would highly recommend using No 1 events Malvern Valley your next celebration.

Not only a great venue but Saxon and his team were easy to deal with and very accomodating. We ran a charity event here for over 100 people. The AV was great and easy to use, great room to decorate and create atmosphere. Being able to use the foyer area was a huge bonus for our silent auction. I highly recommend this venue and the team at No 1 Events.

Fabulous venue and wonderful staff. We held my daughter's 21st in the Ledbury room. Saxon and team made sure the event ran smoothly, allowing my wife and I to relax and enjoy the evening. Guests raved about the great food and the chef was even able to cater for a variety of different dietary requirements. So glad we chose No 1 Events Malvern.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 5 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
