Just had the perfect stay. Check in took a little long as only 1 desk but staff were amazing and very helpful. Concierge was so polite and assisted us with our bags at checkout so quickly and professionally. Room was spacious and well presented. Offered a bottle of wine when we requested not to have our room made up on the second day, not expected but a lovely touch. Blossoms roof top bar was amazing, the food delicious (those pizzas 👌👌) and every single staff member were incredible, friendly and genuine. What a great space. Will definitely be my hotel of choice when in Melbourne

2 nights' stay with my sons prompted by an email from Accor Live Limitless in February. Loved Blossom - friendly, knowledgeable and skilled staff, pizzas were excellent. Wanted to come back Sunday night but closed. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Room was immaculately clean. Love the espresso machine + pods. Love the hair straightener - had to google how to use it safely! A good addition to the hair dryer. The water dispenser in the hallway is also a quality idea -reminded my boys of a 'Dr Who' episode (something about water and lemonade) with Matt Smith. Great location - everything within walking distance. So close to the bus stop we used and more convenient than the train as it happens. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience and some happy memories. Will be back again.

Although the room did not have a chair or desk, it was clean and relatively had everything you needed for a short stay. The only off moment was when checking out, I advised having the continental breakfast only, and it took a while to figure it out. The manager focused more on proving that I did not have anything else; it is expected to give the guest the benefit of the doubt and investigate later, especially for such a low amount of money (less than $15 difference). The male manager with curly hair needs more good sense.

Two night stay in the City while attending a show. Room was well sized and clean. Amenities were very good. Location was excellent. SERVICE : exceptional, could be faulted from reception, check in, breakfast through housekeeping right to Blossoms Rooftop Bar. Check in and Check out were faultless. Every one was just so welcoming and could not do enough for us. The people are what will bring us back.

We stayed in a Superior King Room and very much enjoyed the hotel. The room was very spacious which was just great and everything worked well and as it should be. Bed was super comfortable! Breakfast is western based but very delicious with loads of choice. The Executive floor on Level 15 is an absolute gem and the staff were all lovely. Blossom on Level 14 had great pizzas and has a lovely casual vibe. The gym is lit dark but all the equipment was great and looks well maintained. It just needs regular tidying as there were loose dumbbells spread around. The hotel location is very central for shopping and for a range of dining experiences which is massively handy. A brilliant 2 night stay and we look forward to returning in the future.
