We have been staying at this hotel quite a lot over the last 6 months. It is our home away from home. Hotel rooms and amenities are of a high standard and quality. Customer Service is exceptional. I cannot rate the team highly enough. I value and appreciate every effort the team makes. The team work hard to ensure our stay is easy, great attention to detail, welcoming and warm. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here for business purpose, and I must say this hotel truly exemplifies five-star hospitality in every sense. From the moment I arrived, the impeccable service, the go green skip the clean with an interesting reward, warm hospitality, and attention to detail left an indelible impression. The staff go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. From the concierge to the housekeeping team, everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Check-in was seamless, and throughout my stay, every request was met with efficiency and a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was second to none. Every corner of the property sparkled, from the chic-luxurious lobby to my well-appointed room. The linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall ambiance exuded a sense of serenity and care. The location is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers convenient access to key attractions, business hubs, and popular dining spots. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. One particular highlight of my stay was the exceptional assistance provided by Mr. Dicky. I encountered a minor issue with my room’s technical door, and he resolved it very quickly. Not only did he fix the problem swiftly, but his courteous demeanor and dedication to guest satisfaction made the experience even more remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect balance of business and family comfort hotel in a kind of strategic location.

Great location, clean room, fantastic views of the city. Superior Room with Lounge Access on L13 provided great vantage point to the river capturing St Paul Cathedral and Eureka Tower. This type of room is also the most available in the hotel. Large and spacious. No toothbrush and toothpaste are provided, so bring your own. The bottles of shampoo and body wash was running low. Even though it's a five star hotel, you won't be getting a grand reception lobby or luxurious pool and facilities. The highlight would be the lounge access with morning and evening serving, then light nibble bites throughout the day. The Blossom Bar has a very basic interior design but has an amazing great views - arancini balls and mushroom truffle pizza is highly recommended. Overall satisfied and would recommend this hotel for a city centre location to rest your head.

Wow, we have stayed in a lot of CBD hotels, but this was one of the best ever. Location excellent, great rooms, breakfast and bars the best. Great rooftop bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Only a couple of issues, firstly poor signage in Lt. Bourke St as there is a Mecure Hotel at the front, which is not clearly marked at the door, needs a directional arrow. Secondly why do hotels persist with black power switches on a dark background it is so hard to find the switch! Overall loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

The rooms are not cleaned regularly, they force you to take $$ vouchers instead room cleaning. The bedsheets are ripped, rooms are not properly isolated to avoid noise. I stayed there for a week and had so much issue with noise. The breakfast should have been open till 9am but on my last day they stopped at 8:30 after they sat me down on my usual tablet. Worst stay i ever had by far, never go for Pullman, the standard are going downhill for a few years now!
