Pullman Melbourne City is a beautiful hotel close to all the action of China town. The self use kiosk makes checking in & out a breeze. The room was beautifully appointed with two large and extremely comfortable double beds. Well stocked mini bar, with high quality tea, coffee and alcohol. The bathroom was also great. Lovely shower with great water pressure and quality toiletry products. Ordered room service for dinner the first night and breakfast on checkout day. All food was very high standard and really tasty!

We had a great weekend stay at Pullman Melbourne City Centre. Our room was lovely, the food and beverage either for breakfast or at the rooftop bar were fantastic. The gym was massive. We could not have asked for a better location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend.

I had a really lovely experience with my partner staying here on a Saturday night. Service was kind and warm with several very pleasant interactions with staff. The room was lovely and had a great view- the telescope was a very nice touch. In my booking I mentioned that the stay was booked in celebration of my graduation and the staff went above and beyond to acknowledge and congratulate me which felt very special. My only issue with the room was that the showerhead was slightly broken and needs replacement.

I stayed with my teenage daughter in the Premium Executive King Room for a city escape. We loved the spacious room and the bathroom was fabulous. The bed was warm and comfortable. Super clean. We were located on the 5th floor and it was surprisingly quiet. We only wish the roof top bar was open on the Sunday night. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

I have never had a worse customer experience in Accor. The manager David Sim is the most rude obnoxious and incredibly unhelpful manager I have met! I booked a room which to my error was an accessible room and therefore it does not have a mirror in the bathroom or a desk. I asked for a change of room and it was denied because it is their policy only for accessible rooms. A room was available. I was repeatedly told I booked the room and essentially deal with it. It has been 3 hours. He didn’t have the courtesy to call me to discuss the issue. He is unfit to be a manager. There is no business center in which I can do my work! Totally unacceptable for a respectable brand of hotels!
