We have been staying at this hotel quite a lot over the last 6 months. It is our home away from home. Hotel rooms and amenities are of a high standard and quality. Customer Service is exceptional. I cannot rate the team highly enough. I value and appreciate every effort the team makes. The team work hard to ensure our stay is easy, great attention to detail, welcoming and warm. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

The hotel is well located and comfortable but our room wasn’t ready at check in (an hour after the standard check in time and even though we had checked in online and nominated a check in time) and we were then given a room that hadn’t been serviced since the last guests departed. The staff were apologetic but you can’t help but feel that they were working hard but being let down by the hotels processes. Our room also wasn’t serviced on our second day which makes me think the hotel has some issues it needs to work through.

Definitely not a five star hotel. Room cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. This used to be our go to when visiting family in Melbourne multiple times a year but the recent stay will have us go to the Hilton in future. We payed double due to Australia Day long weekend. Our room was frequently not cleaned by 2pm when we would return for our toddlers nap. Even when cleaned, old sheets were used, nothing was put away like the ironing board and the floor wasn’t vacuumed. It didn’t ruin or trip but it just felt like we were staying at a cheap budget hotel which for the $400 a night fee and supposed five star rating was disappointing enough that we won’t be back. Unbeatable location, nice spacious rooms. Just needs an investment in staff.

From the moment I arrived, the impeccable service, the go green skip the clean with an interesting reward, warm hospitality, and attention to detail left an indelible impression. The staff go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. From the concierge to the housekeeping team, everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Check-in was seamless, and throughout my stay, every request was met with efficiency and a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was second to none. Every corner of the property sparkled, from the chic-luxurious lobby to my well-appointed room. The linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall ambiance exuded a sense of serenity and care. The location is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers convenient access to key attractions, business hubs, and popular dining spots. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. One particular highlight of my stay was the exceptional assistance provided by Mr. Dicky. I encountered a minor issue with my room’s technical door, and he resolved it very quickly. Not only did he fix the problem swiftly, but his courteous demeanor and dedication to guest satisfaction made the experience even more remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect balance of business and family comfort hotel in a kind of strategic location.

Nice hotel in very convenient location. Good room with great bathroom. But the club lounge is now a disappointment. The removal of a large variety of drink options since my last visit is disappointing and not inline with competition. What is a lovely club lounge and was a genuine attraction is a little weird now.
