Great location, clean room, fantastic views of the city. Superior Room with Lounge Access on L13 provided great vantage point to the river capturing St Paul Cathedral and Eureka Tower. This type of room is also the most available in the hotel. Large and spacious. No toothbrush and toothpaste are provided, so bring your own. The bottles of shampoo and body wash was running low. Even though it's a five star hotel, you won't be getting a grand reception lobby or luxurious pool and facilities. The highlight would be the lounge access with morning and evening serving, then light nibble bites throughout the day. The Blossom Bar has a very basic interior design but has an amazing great views - arancini balls and mushroom truffle pizza is highly recommended. Overall satisfied and would recommend this hotel for a city centre location to rest your head.
We enjoyed our 2 night Luxury Escape which included an upgrade to a superior king bed room on the 11 th floor with a city view, breakfast (a la carte which we prefer) with a limited, yet sufficient, buffet, drinks in the beautiful lounge, one 24 hour parking allowance. The staff were accommodating, room was fabulous, service and ambience modern and edgy, great location. The foyer is underwhelming but the rest, very nice indeed. We appreciated the sparkling wine/chocolates as it was our anniversary. 🙏🙏
We have stayed at the Pullman Melbourne City Centre Hotel on many occasions and have always enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a great vibe - we love the rooms and particularly enjoyed our upgrade to a Luxury Premium King Size Room on this visit. It was spacious and comfortable. The executive lounge Elevate which we have complimentary access to because of my husband's platinum status never fails to impress. It has a great comfortable ambience. Staff lovely and always so welcoming and friendly. Thank you to the team. Breakfast is delightful. We were a little disappointed that all restaurants were closed on this occasion being a Sunday night - no chance to use our Accor Plus benefits for dining also we have always enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine delivered to our room on account of our platinum status on previous visits. Not this time. However all in all a very pleasant stay. We will be certain to return in the not too distant future when visiting family in Melbourne.
I have pretty bad experience with the room services. Rooms are pretty small for the price you pay. They didn't provided basic toiletries like moisturizer, etc and even after calling reception multiple times they will let you wait for multiple hours. Not recommended at all.
I was served by Felicia during the 2 days morning breakfast. She was extremely patient and careful to take my special order due to my diet restriction. Very pleased and thankful for her excellent customer service that made my stay at Pullman very special, thank you Felicia! All the best to you with love from Weiwei
