We have stayed at the Pullman Melbourne City Centre Hotel on many occasions and have always enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a great vibe - we love the rooms and particularly enjoyed our upgrade to a Luxury Premium King Size Room on this visit. It was spacious and comfortable. The executive lounge Elevate which we have complimentary access to because of my husband's platinum status never fails to impress. It has a great comfortable ambience. Staff lovely and always so welcoming and friendly. Thank you to the team. Breakfast is delightful. We were a little disappointed that all restaurants were closed on this occasion being a Sunday night - no chance to use our Accor Plus benefits for dining also we have always enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine delivered to our room on account of our platinum status on previous visits. Not this time. However all in all a very pleasant stay. We will be certain to return in the not too distant future when visiting family in Melbourne.

Just had the perfect stay. Check in took a little long as only 1 desk but staff were amazing and very helpful. Concierge was so polite and assisted us with our bags at checkout so quickly and professionally. Room was spacious and well presented. Offered a bottle of wine when we requested not to have our room made up on the second day, not expected but a lovely touch. Blossoms roof top bar was amazing, the food delicious (those pizzas 👌👌) and every single staff member were incredible, friendly and genuine. What a great space. Will definitely be my hotel of choice when in Melbourne

Great location, close to everything we wanted to do. Also really enjoyed the styling and decoration of the hotel and the furnishings in our room were fantastic. The Reservations Manager was extremely helpful in assisting me to upgrade our room and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. High recommend!

Great location, right in the heart of the city and have a tram station right at the door. The room was nice and large but the little window with no view was disappointing. The reception was friendly and helpful. I might stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay but once home found my husband's credit card had a $20.28 charge on it. Called to find out what it was for only to be told it was for a laundry bag. We didn't even see a laundry bag, let alone authorize the charge. We have been assured it will be reversed, so fingers crossed.
