My sister and I had the pleasure of spending five nights at Pullman Hotel Melbourne CBD in July this year. Our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Check in and out was very easy. Our package included a daily glass of wine, late checkout and daily breakfast. The breakfast could not be faulted, such a large choice and it was delicious. We will definitely book again for next year. Thank you for a lovely experience.

The hotel is right in the centre of everything — an unbeatable location within the free tram zone. We booked two rooms for two nights, and my friend had breakfast there. She said the breakfast offered a great variety of choices and the food was very tasty. One small thing: we weren’t given a map at check-in and only discovered it on our second night — wish we had known about it earlier! 😄 The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were mostly helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year. Thank you, Pullman Melbourne City Centre!

The rooms at the Pullman are spacious and very comfortable, with modern entertainment options available on the in-room TVs. The hotel is located right in the heart of Melbourne CBD, just a short walk to some fantastic dining in Chinatown. The breakfast setup is a little different from a standard full buffet. Instead, there is an excellent continental buffet with plenty of variety, along with the option to order one hot meal from the kitchen. The hot dishes were served fresh, well prepared, and full of flavour. I really enjoyed all the food during my stay.

Our stay at The Pullman was excellent, all staff were very friendly & polite. The room was very comfortable & clean & the food was fantastic with lovely helpful staff at Eve's. Roof top bar was a great place for some drinks & fantastic pizza. Would definitely be back to stay & would highly recommend.

Pullman Melbourne City is a beautiful hotel close to all the action of China town. The self use kiosk makes checking in & out a breeze. The room was beautifully appointed with two large and extremely comfortable double beds. Well stocked mini bar, with high quality tea, coffee and alcohol. The bathroom was also great. Lovely shower with great water pressure and quality toiletry products. Ordered room service for dinner the first night and breakfast on checkout day. All food was very high standard and really tasty!
