So much love for this local gem!!! Always good times, good vibes 👌 Extensive drinks menu and cocktails are always on point. It has delicious warming and well balanced food menu with a rustic style with elegant presentation. Perfect place to feel a little fancy combined with a very welcoming and hospitable team. Definitely the best establishment in the hood ❤️ Been sooooo many times and it only gets better and better!

Came in on the later side of evening, kitchen was happy to reopen. I had the barramundi and was amazing. Not sure what beer was served but I entrusted our very informed and welcoming waiter to choose for me. A+++ looking forward to return on another cold evening! No photos for this review but will do soon as i return. #tomekreviews

We expected more for this place. Service was slow (and always apologetic) and the food was lacking substance for the prices we paid. The garlic prawns were overcooked and therefore mushy, and unfortunately my gut hasn't been feeling 100% since. 😐 We paid $42 for some (thick) slices of duck, jus and some pickled grapes. I felt like a few greens or something else on the plate would have added a bit more value. We also ordered the tomato salad for another cool $20, but as per other offerings it was just a few quarters of tomato, with the lightest drizzle of oil/vinegar. And then onto the s'mores, I was pretty excited about this until it came out cold. The homemade Graham cracker was somewhat inedible, unless one had a chainsaw or teeth made of gold...

Steak was horrible! Both our steaks tasted like fish for some reason. The steak was undercooked we ordered medium but it was more rare with blood all over the plate. The salad that it came with also had a weird flavour. Hand cut chips were great. When adding sides it’s not really value for money. Better off trying another pub.

We ordered the 4 meal set menu. Great food, well presented and good mixture of texture, colours and tastes. Nice staff but ... how slow!! 1h15min wait between the second course and the 3rd! The couple behind is decided to leave half way through... The staff was apologetic but that's really too long. Really disappointing.
