I am a Thai guest who stayed at this hotel for several nights, and I was truly impressed. 💖 The service here is outstanding, and the breakfast buffet offers a wonderful variety of options. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. 🚉 I stayed in a cozy couple’s room and made use of the luggage storage service, which was very helpful. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely loved my stay. I will definitely return to Melbourne and choose this hotel again in the future! 🌟

What a wonderful stay we had. The staff were so wonderful and always helpful and friendly, we got an early check in which was great as we got an early flight. The room was so clean , bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast and on our last night we grabbed dinner there which was delicious. Also the location of the hotel is awesome we could get to everywhere we wanted to with ease. Thank you for such a wonderful stay .

It was a 5 minute walk to and from the airport bus stop and a good walking distance to Sky City, and the shops in CBD. Reception is on level 1 and as per the other Holiday Inn’s in NZ too, they have a similar feel with the bar at reception. I find this super interesting and convenient! Buffet breakfast which is included in the cost is so good, love a good variety and they do cater to the Asian tourists too which was thoughtful. For example there was fried rice for breakfast one day. The rooms are good, good views, we had 2 pillow options, firm and soft which we appreciated! We requested for a late check out which the staff was happy to do at 12pm and they were kind enough to store our luggage on the last day till we picked it up as we had an evening flight. This gave us a chance to visit more places without worrying about carrying our luggage around. Overall, this is a hotel I will be happy to return to as we felt comfortable and at ease throughout our stay.

The hotel excelled in providing: - *Immaculately clean rooms*: Housekeeping did an exceptional job maintaining hygiene and tidiness. - *Prime location*: The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area and access local attractions. - *Easy accessibility*: The hotel's proximity to public transport and amenities was a significant plus. However, there was room for improvement: - *Limited breakfast options*: While the complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture, the menu remained unchanged throughout my stay, leading to monotony. More variety would be appreciated, especially for long-staying guests. Overall, is a great choice for those seeking a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay. With a few tweaks to their breakfast offerings, it could truly excel for people who wish to stay for longer duration

extremely disappointing, the breakfast was terrible—bland, repetitive, and lacking variety. Despite requesting a sunny-side-up egg, I was told to stick to the buffet options, which made the experience feel rigid and unaccommodating. The air conditioning in the room was not working, and even after notifying the staff, it remained unfixed for the entire three days of my stay. Sleeping without air conditioning was uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially after repeatedly reporting the issue. The worst part of the experience was the rude behavior of a staff member named Lasantha, who claimed to be the Hotel Manager, He was dismissive, unprofessional, and even went so far as to threaten to kick me and my family out of the hotel. Such hostility from staff is shocking and completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management seriously needs to address its service quality and ensure guests are treated with respect and care.
