Great location, the rooms were relatively clean. There was splashes of brown stuff on our wall that we ended up cleaning ourselves and they said the breakfast on Weekends ends at 10:30am but it actually ends at 10am and the gym is missing the other 4kg dumbbell, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was good, the staff were nice and beds were clean.

The Holiday Inn's central location was ideal; convenient public bus transportation from the airport stopped just two blocks away. The hotel staff provided excellent and accommodating service, and the rooms were clean and functional. The surrounding area offered numerous attractions. The overall experience was highly satisfactory.

Exceptional stay at the hotel, great location, breakfast, polite staff, decent gym, no swimming pool. Been a member with IHG group for a while and have never been disappointed. I plan to stay mainly with IHG as they also offer late checkouts and have been more accommodating as compared to other hotels at a reasonable price which adds to peace of mind. Definitely worth staying here, no complaints!

I am a Thai guest who stayed at this hotel for several nights, and I was truly impressed. 💖 The service here is outstanding, and the breakfast buffet offers a wonderful variety of options. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. 🚉 I stayed in a cozy couple’s room and made use of the luggage storage service, which was very helpful. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely loved my stay. I will definitely return to Melbourne and choose this hotel again in the future! 🌟

Stayed 8 nights in Feb 2025 and had a great stay. -Service was nice. Although when on the elevator with a handful of employees, there was no acknowledgement. Would be nice to be greeted. -only used housekeeping twice. And one time i found this mug in my sink, upon return to my room (see photo) 🤔 -CENTRALLY LOCATED! I loved that I was minutes away from every mode of transport that would get me to my destinations. -Lots of café's and great selection of eateries nearby. -laundry room was such a plus+plus for me. Although 2 machines were out of service the entire time I was there. -hot buffet breakfast was filled with good options. The eggs could be bit better though, looked very unappealing (see photo). Highly Highly Highly recommend this location!
