We love coming back each year for our mini getaway. The pool is excellent for kids. Warm and inside so no worry of sunburn or rain. Breakfast is always good and the staff are all so friendly. The pool cleaner guy was especially great this year engaging in conversation with us. The beds are comfy but the sofa beds need an upgrade. Hubbys back didn’t hold up well with it as I was in the bed with the kids. I’d also love to see more ways to hang towels to dry when it’s four people in a room. Our towels ended up needing to be replaced more than we’d like because we were limited to how we could dry them.

Great location in the heart of the city. Welcoming and friendly staff. Perfect location for a business or pleasure stay. Breakfast was amazing with many options from pantries, fruit, cereals, pancakes, omelettes, hot breakfast foods and more. Also had a lovely chai latte from the bar area to take away for on my way to work. Would recommend and stay here again. Thanks to all the staff.

Great size room very quite looking over Collins st. Breakfast very good selection of foods we did have to line up for a table. Bar a nice spot to have a drink. Pool small but refreshing to have a swim. Rooms need to be updated with modern furnishings. Great value hotel

Hotel was overall dilapidated. The AC broke on the hottest day of our 5-night summer stay. Most gym equipment was broken. Staff were not timely in accommodating minimum amenities including: additional toilet paper, tissues, and pillows. Rooms were small but clean & location was convenient, but there are other better options for the same price. Wouldn’t recommend or return.

Lovely clean room, cleanest hotel room I've stayed in, in forever! I used to do housekeeping in a 5 star hotel so can't help but notice the little things but there wasn't a single speck of dust or stray hair anywhere, good job! Friendly staff. Only suggested improvements would be - updated in room entertainment with chromecast ability to watch own streaming services cast from own device onto hotel room TV. This is the first place I've stayed in in about 3 years that hasn't had that ability which was surprising. Additionally, ordered room service to be delivered between 7 and 7.15 and it was 25 minutes late (arrived 7.40 after I phoned hotel reception to follow up) which meant I had to leave half of it behind as I had to go out. It was only toast and a flat white. Oh and one more thing - Melbourne is renowned for its coffee. At least get Moccona sachets in the hotel room - Blend 43!? Haha. Not a big deal, I still drank it anyway, but just something to consider. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and will return next time I come to the city. It was great.
