Dropped bags off early, came back to check in at 3:30 and we were told they didn’t know if our room was ready??? Check in was at 2… then we waited for the reception to go and check for himself… but never came back and then we were told it was ready after 20 mins we then had to rush to check in as we need to go somewhere. We were given some drink cards to get over it…. Very frustrating place. Friends put a breakfast card out at 12pm the day before and never received any breakfast… service was not the best. Rooms are presentable. Staff tried their best not sure what was going on very disappointed and won’t stay there again.
This hotel was centrally located and had a wonderful buffet breakfast included (my kids are under 16). The room was clean & comfortable and we made use of the pool & spa on level 7. Would happily book again.
Stayed here recently for a family trip. Good central location. Staff were friendly. Nice surprise on arrival of a bottle of bubbles on ice, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok. Beds and pillows weren’t the comfiest and the hotel could do with a freshen up. Overall tho, an enjoyable stay.
Rooms were very typical but very serviceable with comfy beds, and a nice bathroom. Pool was a let down, was freezing and spa was lukewarm. Had a nice dinner and breakfast, with a buffet in the morning. Location was good, close to a lot of places in the city. Gym was high quality but the equipment variety wasn’t huge, this is understandable as hotels aren’t known for their gyms. Good comfortable stay.
We hit a winner with this hotel/room. We enjoyed a family suite that allowed our kids to have their own room. Everything was neat, along with the little touches that make it feel like they care about their guests that little bit more. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.
