Great location. Staff were all excellent- always greeted and treated with respect and kindness. Very helpful too. Well done to the managers for having a great team. Bed was so comfy- felt safe, slept like an angel.
Have stayed here annually for the last 4 years and it has always been a great experience. Great service and amenities. The location is fantastic. We usually book the junior suite which is perfect for our young family of 4. We want to book again!
I stayed 3 nights in here. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, with fresh towels, perfectly organized amenities, and everything maintained to the highest standard. The staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend their service to anyone seeking a top-notch experience.
Check in was pretty smooth, but you need to go to level 3 to check in and the lifts were SLOW coming and when leaving the room there was only one lift going to our floor, so we had to keep going up and then down again or the lift was full every time. Location in Melbourne is good, close to everything. I heard some noise from the room next door but no external noise. The air con was a little confusing but worked well once I worked it out. Was the best shower I think I've ever had in a hotel - great pressure and lovely and hot. Extra point for the shower! I had room service and it was a club sandwich and chips, was served promptly and was tasy.
We arrived Friday 22/11/24 for a Saturday Chrissy party. Great location and the rooms are nice. Friday night perfect with many drinks at the hotel bar. All great and no complaints. Saturday evening I return to the hotel and the room air conditioner was not working. Called reception and they were not a great help. The AC did not work all night and the room AC panel said it was 26 but felt more like 36. Which equaled no sleep after a great day. I've stayed here before and everything again was perfect. Novatel did not offer great service this time which is very disappointing. I will request a refund for the night and I'm hoping they honor it.
