Staff are lovely, location is good. Rooms are decent enough for the price. They need a bit of upkeep tho. Our first rooms toilet was running so they promptly switched rooms for us to another 2 bedroom apartment. Second room was all working well however it had a scent that I cant fully describe. Bit like the carpet was infused with pickled cabbage or something. Was a bit funky but we dealt with it. We had to open the balcony door every time we came back to help air it out. Other than that. It’s a decent enough mid level stay if you need a washer and dryer with that big of extra space it’s recommend and a nice walk down to Langley park to check out sunsets and look over to South Perth.

The air-conditioners in the rooms didn't have their own remotes so I had to turn them on manually using the overrides. The aircon filters were also dirty and hadn't been cleaned in some time. But other than that the apartment was quiet and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.

Cleanliness of the room is good. Only thing change of towel daily is only upon request via the Recep. Housekeeping done if you’re staying more than 5 days. Service is good. Staff approachable and helpful. Location is quiet and car rental services just few steps away.

We have amazing stay here. We booked 3 br and it was clean. The location is near with car rental and red cat bus stop. However they will clean your room every 3 days. No complimentary breakfast if you accor platinum and up because they don't own the restaurant.

We recently stayed over at Mantra and again were not disappointed from the friendly reception staff to the spacious apartment, our stay was truly wonderful. The room was neat and tidy and very convenient if you are visiting city. Everything was on a walking distance or you can take a red cat to go to city centre.
