Fantastic place for lunch or dinner no matter what occasion it's always a great environment to be at. Love the atmosphere and as of recent times the management has changed and the new manager Izzy is doing an amazing job, she has made the place better by bringing in much better customer service simply by listening to it's customers and taking on the feedback as constructive criticism. Great food, tasty and fresh and not a bad price either. No matter a day, it's always good to meet at raffles.

Food was lovely. Service could be improved. I understand we were sitting outside, so therefore there was no table service. However, staff didn't check on us. We had to get our own water from the outside bar as no staff were "floating" around. If you are expecting me to pay a "finer" price for your menu, I would expect to have staff who serve - so I feel I am getting value for my experience. Although - Staff member at the bar was very polite & helpful. Not a bad experience overall, there are just areas of improvement that can be obtained.

Staff were friendly and helpful but seemed too busy to be as effective as they wished. We had the Sunday lunch- it was a bad choice. Roast Pork with vegetables, where to start? I have never had broccoli burnt to a crisp before, that was interesting. The Pork was so fatty, you could cut slices off it. The crackling was as soggy as a soggy thing and so on. 2 of us soldiered on as we were starving but the plate of leftover food rather makes the point. $194 with a few drinks and not worth a penny of it though evidently the $50+ bottle of white was OK. The staff cannot do anything about screaming children I understand but be prepared for noise. A very underwhelming experience overall. Not our first time and we believe in second chances but the afternoon tea my wife went to a month or so again went similarly. A shame to place a bad review but two chances and same result we would not recommend this place at all.

Haven't been through the raffles in a while, decided to pop in for St Patrick's day. What an atmosphere, great food and value. Tony was fantastic behind the bar!

I attended a 50th birthday in the upstairs ballroom. The views are spectacular, there is inside and outside settings, the bar was large and well manned. Service was excellent, and the food was very tasty. I recommend this venue for your small to medium size events. Ample parking and a park like setting out front.
