The staff at the front desk were very very welcoming and sweet - specifically Alice - she was super soft spoken and sweet (total girls girl 💗💗), she complimented my nails and gave a late checkout without me even having to ask! she upgraded my room and gave complimentary room service just out of the kindness of her heart. Alice at Capri is a total sweetheart! The rooms were very clean and spacey too, with a large bed!!

Great location, absolutely fantastic service from everyone we spoke to at reception - all so lovely and helpful. Comfy bed, room was spotless (love the auto curtains), and breakfast in the restaurant had a huge variety and was delicious. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

Great stay! This hotel has everything you would need - fast wifi, laundry facilities, pool, sauna, gym (much bigger than most hotels!) and stream room. Ideal location too, was very easy to access. Friendly staff and quick and high quality room service. Excellent value for money. Would visit again!

I had a really pleasant stay at the Capri. The welcome by the night receptionist was fine and the check-in process was relatively easy. I was given a room on the 15th floor which was nice and quiet. Upon opening my door there was the overwhelming smell of urine, although as I walked into the room that dissipated. The room itself was neat and tidy and modern, and the bed was big and comfortable and clean. The bathroom required a little more attention to cleanliness: there were big soap splodges from somebody else in the shower and no body wash in the soap dispenser. There was also a questionable smear on the tile behind the toilet button. One of my pillows smelled very intensely of curry - I can only imagine the previous occupant must have been out for a nice meal. I appreciated the mini kitchenette with fridge and sink and the rest of the room was well resourced, with an ironing board, a safe and some slippers and robes. It felt like a typical four star hotel and I would stay again.

Visited for 5 days for a vacation. Good: -convenient location to shopping / city centre, only a short walk to most shops -free and easy access to laundry and dryer -great gym facilities including sauna/ steam room -hotel room was decently big, including small kitchen area with usual amenities (coffee machine, sink, utensils, dish soap etc) - underground parking available for additional cost Room for improvement: - Carpark entrance is one way (entry/ exit) and has a very sharp 90 degree turn which makes it difficult to enter especially for bigger cars. - toilet outside windows are semi translucent - shower door design was not the best, the shower water sometimes leaks out causing floor to be wet.
