A nice comfortable hotel in the city centre, which would suit an extended stay as well as a short stopover. My room was on the eleventh floor overlooking apartments opposite and was really spacious. With the microwave and sink area at the front of the room made it feel more like a small apartment and the modern decor was clean and functional with everything you’d need present. The bed was large with electric sockets at both sides, as well as reading lamps and an alarm clock. There was plenty of storage space and a decent working desk. The bathroom was colourful and equally as spacious as the main bedroom. The large walk-in shower had storage and decent toiletries in dispensers and everywhere was perfectly clean. Checking in and out was a breeze with friendly staff and it was nice they had an umbrella to borrow during the awful weather! I’d certainly stay here again and if you’re looking for quiet comfortable rooms right in the centre I’d recommend.
Stayed here for a night for a work trip. Our experience has been amazing! We got a mini studio apartment that is super clean and quiet. We’ll definitely stay again when we’ll be in Brisbane. Highly recommended!
Excellent weekend stay. Had to check in late and find parking all last minute and Alan was incredible making the process smooth and painless 😅 legend! Room was beautiful, super central. The bed was amazing!
We are here at the moment. Very disappointing. Would never recommend to anyone. We didn't get the room we paid for. Free to air TV only, have to cast from phone for anything else, but as soon as it connects, it also disconnects itself. No bar to have a drink in the afternoon. Air conditioning doesn't work properly, furniture very old and worn. No room service facilities, staff no personality. First and last time here.
Great location, but room experience fell short The location is fantastic - close to Queen Street Mall and within walking distance of just about anywhere in the CBD, which made getting around really easy. The amenities are in line with what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in left a lot to be desired. It felt dark and confined, with no natural light and a view of air conditioning units backed onto another building. The room itself felt a little dated and not as clean as we would have liked. The corridors were in need of a good vacuum, and we were surprised to learn that housekeeping isn’t provided as standard on Sundays. Staff interactions were a bit hit-and-miss and some seemed inexperienced and not particularly welcoming. Overall, it’s an okay option if location is your top priority, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
