I was pleasantly surprised staying here. The hotel is affordable and in a great spot. The check in process was so fast and easy, thanks to Alice at reception (She was super lovely). Super clean, comfy beds and perfect location if you are wanting to go to the Casino. Only 2 issues I had, was the carpark, as it is super hard to get in and out of & the entrance/exit is a shared lane, so it would be easy to have a head on collision at the busy times of check in/check out. The shower head in the bathroom had a leak at the fitting of the head, and sprayed in every direction.

Amazing service - very friendly and attentive. There was construction by my room so they moved and upgraded me which was lovely. The room is huge, spacious and clean. And it’s walking distance to most of Brisbane CBD. Highly recommend

Fantastic rooms in a prime location. A 14 minute walk from central station and a beautiful hotel front! 24 hour reception takes a lot of stress out of things, and the staff service was wonderful - I was served by Rebekah and felt welcomed immediately. The rooms have everything you need - i’ve paid for more expensive rooms that didn’t have usb charging ports, this one had two and plenty of other charging ports, including shaving ones in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was squeaky clean and came with towels, soaps in the shower and small ones you can take with you, a hairdryer, even scales if that’s your thing? No complaints whatsoever. The pool was beautiful, I was blown away by it. One of the better hotels i’ve visited!

First time staying at Capri and compared to some of the other Fraser’s properties I’ve stayed in, this is by far the nicest. The rate was very reasonable, amazing, friendly and guest oriented staff, fantastic facilities including an onsite car park (2.1m height), gym, sauna, steam room, pool and restaurant. I took advantage of their $20 late Sunday check out, what a bargain especially given access to the facilities! I’m a Brisbane local, but I’ll definitely be adding Capri to my staycations list from now on!

It’s a good place to stay. The location is perfect if you need to be in the city centre and it has a huge fitness centre. The rooms are not new and they look like they have experienced things - there are stains on the carpet, scratches on the walls and doors… Everyone working there is very nice and accommodating.
