Two night stay in a king bed room. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff especially Peter the valet who went above and beyond. Big smiles all round from staff. Great food. Used the spa area which was clean and well kept. Pleasant stay
A lovely stay, the room was very comfortable. In particular, the large shower was fantastic! Great service from all the staff. Only downside was the prices of the drinks in the bar. But overall, great value for money.
I had an outstanding stay, and the hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms were not only quiet but also well-appointed, providing a peaceful and comfortable retreat from the city's bustle. The location was superb, offering convenient access to key attractions and transport links, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. In terms of value, the hotel offered an exceptional experience at a competitive price. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring an extensive selection of both hot and cold dishes. The variety catered to different tastes, with high-quality cooked options as well as a broad range of continental items, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The staff distinguished themselves through their professionalism, consistently delivering attentive service while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor. Their helpfulness and knowledge of the area further enhanced my stay, making me feel welcomed and well-cared-for throughout. I truly could not find any faults during my time here and would undoubtedly choose this hotel again when visiting Adelaide. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Arrived late and check in was easy We had room with balcony which we didn't use but was appreciated. The size and the condition pf the room was amazing. Hugh bath tub big spacious shower. Bedding and pillows where possible the best we have experienced in our many stays in hotels.. Other friends that stayed fro the few days also said the same.. My wife was very happy with the gym and pool operational hours. Open early closed late.. Breaking buffet ๐ was very yummy heap to offer. Bar & drinks ๐ธ was also wonderful Only issue! We didn't stay longer.. Thanks to all the staff involved
My daughter and I spend 2 nights at the Pullman during the Vic school holidays. The location was great to see the gardens, zoo, art gallery, shops, state library, and museum. We had room service dinners both nights and they were delicious. Best we've had in a while. The buffet breakfast with auto pancake machine was a hit too! Friendly and helpful service. We enjoyed the pool and spa each day as well. Would have been 10/10 if the steam room was working.
