I love this place so much! Amazing view, location, generous room size and what is most important it’s customer service! Pullman managed to keep customer service level to the high standards as it used to be from the first time I stayed there about 10 years ago. I can’t thank the staff enough for making my stay so pleasant and memorable every time! And I have to mention the view- it is magnificent! You can’t go wrong with this place if you want quality, convenience and comfort!
The hotel room was exceptional. Clean, spacious, comfortable and the best was the beautiful view to the lake 😍 The pillows and mattress were very comfortable which is essential for me. I cannot stand a hotel with bad pillows or a mattress that is too soft. This one was perfect! The bathroom is the next thing that is extremely important to me. It was spacious and clean. Only one day, the cleaning staff did not refilled it but as soon as I told them, they brought me extra shower caps and toilet paper. The staff was very helpful and responsive, even though the hotel was fully booked during the time I stayed. I definitely recommend staying at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park Hotel.
Paid for superior room and given just a standard room, we have 4 family staying in same hotel and all paid same amount. Only 2 families got superior room and rest all got standard room. Not happy as I didn’t get for what I paid for and Staff was quite unfriendly, when I went to reception and told them about my concern their front office manager reaction was nothing but disgraceful. I would recommend accord to look into it and get me refund for my superior stay and charge me only for below average room. There was no proper shower in the room, only little tub where my kids even can’t fit in. No welcome surprise as it was given to other 2 families who was staying in classic room but not to us, room carpet was so smelly even. One very disappointed family
Straight disappointed with my stay here with my family was nothing but terrible. Not worth your money. Service is poor, have to keep calling front desk to keep requesting for extra amenities, nothing will be delivered to us until the next day! When housekeeping came and left extra towels on our bed when we’re out, nothing was cleaned and we noticed mini bar snacks and drinks were gone when we returned, they steal snacks from the mini bar, that we get charged for.. so unprofessional and disrespectful.. our experience was trash!! Never again staying here! Too pricey for the low standards hotel. Definitely needs an upgrade. And some manors!
Paying $390 a night for this is the most galling rip-off of my life. While most hoteliers are honest, this place shows the shortcomings of the self-rating star system when occasionally they are not. More akin to a backpackers' hostel than a 5-star hotel. The room was incredibly tired and rundown. There was dust everywhere and a few hairs, every surface was significantly scuffed and chipped and everything looked old and worn. The shower flooded on a low volume. There was a meanness to it all - the liquid soaps were so thoroughly shackled to the wall they were either horribly awkward or impossible to dispense, and the dusty sugar packets were all from different brands as if they had stolen them from cafes.
