From the second we drove into the driveway we were treated like royalty. Amazing service!!!!! Have recommended Pullman to everyone I’ve spoken to, raving about our stay and will definitely choose Pullman again for our next holiday. Huge shout out to our concierge Rhett for his hospitality, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, you made our already special weekend stress free & even more memorable.
Stayed 2 nights for a conference and the staff were delightful. In particular Rhett from concierge. His enthusiasm and Jovialness was above and beyond . Offering insights on good places to run , and knowing my name (which I hadn’t given but I did leave my card at reception) . He asked @how was your run Clare? “ when I returned. Such a small detail. Mid week special summer was delightful. $85 for 2, 3 course meals with a bottle of wine! Great value, great food, great location . Thank you
We had a lovely weekend stay here and would definitely come back. The room and facilities were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, even when we had noisy neighbours, they managed the issue well. Breakfast is an amazing value, only $15 for children and the food was fresh and varied. The location is great with the tram stop only a 3 minute walk away and it’s less than 15 minutes by tram to the city.
Staff were pleasant but didn't seem to have a clue. Many struggled with english. The room was clean and comfortable but it was a bit tatty - broken sink, torn furnishings, TV remote worn out, etc. Car park was difficult to navigate and vacant spots hard to find. Prices for add-ons such as in-room movies, breakfast, drinks at the bar, on-site parking were way over the top and you could easily double your room charge if not careful. 5 star I don't think. Wouldn't stay there again.
I love this place so much! Amazing view, location, generous room size and what is most important it’s customer service! Pullman managed to keep customer service level to the high standards as it used to be from the first time I stayed there about 10 years ago. I can’t thank the staff enough for making my stay so pleasant and memorable every time! And I have to mention the view- it is magnificent! You can’t go wrong with this place if you want quality, convenience and comfort!
