Was greeted in a happy and professional manner with all my details accurate and ready to go. Total check in time was less then 3 minutes. Room upgrade with a lake view as an absolute bonus and the rooms, were neat, very clean and comfortable. Would most certainly stay here again, very central location and easy for transport to collect you / drop you at the front door, safely away from traffic. Keep up the good work Pullman team.

Our hotel was about 5 to 10 minute drive from the centre of town, but our room afforded us luxury and a part view of the previous weeks Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit which was lovely. Our room here was spacious and set to a very high standard. The concierge when arriving could have been a little more informative in regards to breakfast finishing at 9.30am as our party arranged to meet at 9.00am and were rushed somewhat. Other than that a lovely few days spent in a lovely hotel.

First the positives, Great location, most staff are friendly and try and try to make your stay welcoming. Kids combo at Windows restaurant offers AMAZING value, The not so good Rooms are very dated, blankets threadbare, shower splashes EVERYWHERE and floods carpet, restaurant offers EXCEEDINGLY overpriced microscopic portions from an underwhelming adult menu, and seems like a overpriced poor man's attempt at fine dining. Breakfast is 'okay-ish' and desperately needs a rotation of hot savory dishes Overnight parkong is possible but expensive $25 overnight(after discount) and not recommended for large vehicles, casual parking is insanely expensive paid $14 for 45mins after 6pm :( Staff unable to credit hotel loyalty points for the $100 I spent in restaurant. On the whole unlikely to stay here again and do not believe this is worthy of the 4 stars average

We had a lovely stay over the weekend and honestly couldn't fault the staff at all. Consistently very friendly and helpful, genuinely felt that they wanted to ensure we had a nice time. We got a complimentary upgrade, wine and sweets on arrival, along with a handwritten card. We haven't had this at any other hotel! The room was very clean and amazing view of Albert Park lake. Two small suggestions for improvement: the air-conditioning wasn't strong enough for the summer afternoon sun streaming in through the window and the coffee from the cafe downstairs wasn't great. But we had an excellent time and will definitely be back soon!

Went to the beyond business seminar there on Monday 17/6. Toilets had definitely not been cleaned from the weekend. Toilet paper all over the ground, not hand towels, hand dryers not working. Lunch was more expensive than the MCG. $14 for a four and twenty sausage roll! And $5 for a small plastic cup of postmix coke. No one around to raise the toilet issue. Wouldn’t go back.
