The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at! I don’t even know where to begin. Valet parking…. No one was there to greet us we had no idea what to do with the car or the key. Check in was slow and no information was given on where the amenities are, pool. Gym, lifts to the rooms, where to go for breakfast in the morning… absolutely no information was given and lifts aren’t marked with info either so the only way to find out is to ask around. The floor in the pool is very slippery my wife’s friend slipped over and fell right on her backside. The rooms are very old and out dated hair in the bath upon arrival, only one pillow per person, tried to ring house keeping 10 times, concierge multiple times no one answers the phone! Had 2 rooms with 8 people asked for 8 pillows as we are all 2 pillow sleepers but they finally came and only had 4 and said that’s all the spare pillows they can find and said they will deliver more tomorrow??? But we are departing so there is no point. No conditioner in any of the bathrooms only shampoo and body wash, The water kept fluctuating from hot to cold whilst trying to have a shower one minute your body felt like you were in Antartica the next moment you were in Dubai. Tried to order room service no answer!!! Kept going to voicemail! The pool is freezing absolutely not heated! NOW FOR THE WORST PART!!!! AN EMPLOYEE WAS TAKING A SHOWER AT 1.30am DIDNT TURN ON THE EXHAUST FAN WHICH CAUSED THE ENTIRE HOTEL EVACUATE AND THE FIRE BRIGADE TO COME! All due to the carelessness of ONE EMPLOYEE! NOT ONE MEMEBER OF THE HOTEL CAME OUT TO INFORM ANY OF THE HOTEL GUESTS WHAT WAS HAPPENING WE HAD TO APPROACH THE FIREMAN OURSELVES! No hotel employees were insite.

We had a lovely weekend stay here and would definitely come back. The room and facilities were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, even when we had noisy neighbours, they managed the issue well. Breakfast is an amazing value, only $15 for children and the food was fresh and varied. The location is great with the tram stop only a 3 minute walk away and it’s less than 15 minutes by tram to the city.

Great place for a little break in the CBD. Fantastic walk around the lake. Rooms are great and clean. Service was very good and i would definitely be back. Also a good venue for your corporate events. I would definitely recommend to consider it in your next trip to the City.

From the second we drove into the driveway we were treated like royalty. Amazing service!!!!! Have recommended Pullman to everyone I’ve spoken to, raving about our stay and will definitely choose Pullman again for our next holiday. Huge shout out to our concierge Rhett for his hospitality, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, you made our already special weekend stress free & even more memorable.

Stayed 2 nights for a conference and the staff were delightful. In particular Rhett from concierge. His enthusiasm and Jovialness was above and beyond . Offering insights on good places to run , and knowing my name (which I hadn’t given but I did leave my card at reception) . He asked @how was your run Clare? “ when I returned. Such a small detail. Mid week special summer was delightful. $85 for 2, 3 course meals with a bottle of wine! Great value, great food, great location . Thank you
