Great place. Was really happy to book here. Facilities were great. Was really surprised how good the gym was for a hotel. Sauna was in each M/F bathrooms so my partner and I couldn't be in the same one but not a deal breaker. Would book here again when visiting Melbourne

Whilst the Pullman Albert Park is a little away from the city it’s close enough to take in all the sites. The peaceful park setting opposite allows for picturesque and peaceful walks. The level of service has dramatically improved since our last conference stay in August and other than a few minor things at our conference the majority of our participants were extremely happy with the service, food and beverage. The restaurant is a must and the food there is exceptional. Other than the bar closing early there isn’t much that we could fault this time.

Our stay at the Pullman Albert Park for my daughter's 15th birthday was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the customer service exceeded all expectations. We were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite, adding an extra touch of luxury to our celebration. The hotel staff went above and beyond by providing a delightful card and a beautifully arranged dessert platter, complete with "Happy Birthday" written on it. This thoughtful gesture made my daughter feel incredibly special and set the tone for a memorable stay. The suite was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered stunning views of Albert Park. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was meticulously attended to, ensuring our comfort and enjoyment. I highly recommend Pullman Albert Park for any special occasion or simply a luxurious getaway. The exceptional customer service, beautiful accommodations, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. I was at a 4 day event at the property and stayed the last night, toilets at the event were not always up to standard. They require regular monitoring. Coffee was always difficult and mostly lukewarm. No way to eat after 9pm. Not even room service. This made us have to eat really fast when we could. Charged $20 for what I would call “slop” on the first day. Bar staff were inconsistent. Some were lovely and some wouldn’t even break a smile. Over all I was disappointed for the Pullman

I had an amazing meal at the Window Restaurant at the Pullman Albert Park hotel. The food was amazing and well presented, the service I experienced was exceptional. The Food and beverage attendant Selena provided a level of personal service that was outstanding as she ensured my experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
