Room is extremely basic, lacks character. Quite literally just a bed and a small couch. Actual room is on the smaller side. Bathroom is huge but lacks functionality. No hooks, towel racks are too close to each other. One day our room was not serviced by 6pm and we had to call for towels. The receptionists were great. 24 hour pool and sauna is a plus, however, I would not even bother with the gym.

Very nice, very standard. We had a spacious room, decor very similar to other hotels. Bed was comfortable, but couldn't do it for more than a few nights. Complimentary mini bar wasn't much to comment on.

Rooms - no desk provided, which is hopeless in a business-centric city. Replenishing of in-room amenities was very hit-and-miss. Coffee capsules provided in-room are low/awful quality. Towels etc replaced every day. Why when the hospitality sector should be leading the charge when it comes to enviro-responsible practices. Service - the bar serves last drinks and closes too early. Food - breakfast is a la carte only .. no buffet. That said, quality id dishes was superb at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and for our on-site catered meetings.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel - lovely staff and comfortable rooms! Also mini bar was included with the price which is something I’ve never experienced before and was a special touch that would make me want to return. Great restaurant aswell.

A fantastic experience starting from the cosy and politeness of the staff in all areas. Handy parking underneath that was validated by the hotel on checking out. Rooms are cosy, beds are comfortable, mini bar is included (with basics). Lovely breakfast option at a cost was well worth it.
